Before washing clothes for the first time: Run a complete cycle without clothes. Connect power, turn on tap, select "20°C", and press "Start/Pause".
Washing preparation:
- Connect inlet hoses and turn on the tap.
- Ensure the power socket is grounded and insert the plug.
- Place the drain hose correctly.
Preparation of clothes:
- Sort laundry by color and care label.

Put clothes into the washer-dryer:
- Unfold laundry and load loosely into the drum. Mixing large and small items improves wash results and load balance.
- Do not overload the machine for efficient use of energy and water, to avoid creases and ensure cleaning efficiency.
- Ensure no garments are caught between the door and the seal.
Using the detergent drawer:
- Open the drawer and add adequate detergent to the main wash compartment (marked "II" or "II").
- Add fabric softener to the compartment marked " / " or " ". Do not exceed the maximum level.
- Add detergent to the pre-wash compartment (marked " " or " I ") if selected.
- Close the drawer.
- The amount of detergent depends on the quantity and soiling level of the laundry, and water hardness. Use low foaming powder for all washing temperature programs.

Note: When the washing cycle is finished, the machine enters standby mode and powers off after 10 minutes of inactivity. The machine has a balance control device that may redistribute laundry if it is unevenly distributed during spinning. If the load remains unbalanced, the machine will not spin. Redistribute the load manually and reselect the spin program.
Door lock: The door locks when the machine is started, when the internal temperature is above 60°C, or when the water level is high. The door unlocks when the washing cycle is finished. Do not attempt to open the door during a cycle or immediately after, as the temperature may be high and cause scalding. Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity supply before cleaning.
Cleanness and Maintenance
Cleaning the exterior: Use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner and a damp cloth. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners, or glass cleaners.
The washing drum: Clean the drum every 3 months using the "Drum clean" program.
Cleaning the drawer: Remove detergent residues regularly. Pull out the drawer, press the release catch, and remove the siphon. Clean the dispenser with a brush and warm water. Clean the drawer housing with a bottle brush.
Cleaning the water inlet filter: Use pointed nose pliers to withdraw the plastic filter. Clean it and put it back. Check the filter every 6 months or more often if the water supply is frequently interrupted. Ensure the filter is properly replaced.
Cleaning the drain pump filter:
- Disconnect the machine from the mains electricity supply and open the lower cover with a screwdriver.
- Place a container under the pump, unscrew and remove the filter.
- Clean the filter carefully.
Note: Clean the filter every 2 months or when the "E03" error code appears.
Important: If the machine is exposed to temperatures below 0°C, take precautions:
- Turn off the water tap.
- Unscrew the inlet hose.
- Position the drain hose and inlet hose in a bowl and run the spin program.
- Disconnect the appliance.
- Screw the inlet hose back and reposition the drain hose.
- Ensure the room temperature is above 0°C before starting the machine again.
