Single Point at the Top of the Lift - MICRO-SENS® I Pipe Design (Max 40m)
This section describes a single-point detection design for lift shafts using the MICRO-SENS® I Pipe system, suitable for a maximum pipe length of 40 meters.
The system features a single aspiration pipe installed vertically along one side of the lift shaft. A detection point is located at the very top of the lift shaft. A dedicated "Test Point" is also indicated for system verification.
The WAGNER TITANUS control unit, equipped with MICRO-SENS technology, is connected to this pipe network.
Important Note: The system's exhaust must always be directed back into the lift shaft. This action equalizes the air pressure, which is affected by the movement of the lift.
Multi-Level Coverage Lift - MICRO-SENS® U Pipe Design (Max 50m)
This design provides multi-level coverage within a lift shaft using the MICRO-SENS® U Pipe system, accommodating a maximum pipe length of 50 meters.
The aspiration pipe is configured in a 'U' shape. It runs vertically along one side of the lift shaft, extends horizontally across the top, and then descends along the opposite side of the shaft. Multiple detection points are distributed along the vertical sections of the pipe.
The WAGNER TITANUS control unit, featuring MICRO-SENS technology, is integrated with this pipe configuration.
Important Note: The system's exhaust must always be directed back into the lift shaft. This action equalizes the air pressure, which is affected by the movement of the lift.
Multi-Level Coverage Lift - PRO-SENS ® I Pipe Design
This design offers multi-level coverage in lift shafts using the PRO-SENS® I Pipe system.
The system utilizes a single aspiration pipe installed vertically along one side of the lift shaft, with a detection point located at the top.
The WAGNER TITANUS control unit, equipped with PRO-SENS technology, is connected to this pipe network.
Important Note: The system's exhaust must always be directed back into the lift shaft. This action equalizes the air pressure, which is affected by the movement of the lift.
Multi-Level Coverage Lift - PRO-SENS ® U Pipe Design
This design provides multi-level coverage within lift shafts using the PRO-SENS® U Pipe system.
The aspiration pipe is arranged in a 'U' shape, running vertically along one side, across the top, and down the opposite side of the lift shaft. Multiple detection points are strategically placed along the vertical pipe runs.
The WAGNER TITANUS control unit, featuring PRO-SENS technology, is integrated with this pipe setup.
Important Note: The system's exhaust must always be directed back into the lift shaft. This action equalizes the air pressure, which is affected by the movement of the lift.
Multi-Level Coverage Lift - PRO-SENS ® 2 x I Pipe Design
This design ensures multi-level coverage in lift shafts by employing two parallel aspiration pipe runs using the PRO-SENS® system.
Two identical pipe systems are installed vertically along the lift shaft, each with multiple detection points. This configuration offers enhanced coverage and redundancy.
The WAGNER TITANUS control unit, equipped with PRO-SENS technology, is connected to these dual pipe networks.
Important Note: The system's exhaust must always be directed back into the lift shaft. This action equalizes the air pressure, which is affected by the movement of the lift.
