Logitech MX Keyboard Setup Guide

Connecting Your Keyboard

Follow these steps to connect your Logitech MX keyboard to your computer.

Method 1: Using Logi Bolt

  1. Plug the Logi Bolt receiver into a USB port on your computer.
  2. Turn on your keyboard.
  3. The keyboard will automatically connect to the Logi Bolt receiver.

Method 2: Using Bluetooth®

  1. Ensure your keyboard is turned on.
  2. On your computer, enable Bluetooth and search for new devices.
  3. Select your Logitech keyboard from the list of available devices.
  4. Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button on your keyboard (indicated by '3 sec.') until the indicator light flashes.
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the Bluetooth pairing.

Easy-Switch Feature

The Logitech MX keyboard allows you to connect and switch between up to three devices. The diagram shows how to pair your keyboard with multiple devices using either Logi Bolt or Bluetooth.

Device Pairing:

To switch between paired devices, press the corresponding Easy-Switch button (1, 2, or 3) on your keyboard.

Software Setup

For advanced customization and features, download the Logitech Options software. Visit www.logitech.com/options or mxsetup.logi.com to get started.

The software is compatible with Windows and macOS operating systems.
