This document provides operating and installation instructions for the EUFAB AMBER wheel rails designed for wide bicycle tires. Instructions are available in multiple languages including German, English, French, Italian, and Czech.
Product Overview
The EUFAB AMBER wheel rail set is designed to securely attach bicycles with wide tires, up to 82 mm (3.25 inches) in width, to EUFAB bicycle carriers. This set replaces the standard wheel stoppers found on EUFAB bike racks, specifically models Amber 1 (Item No. 11559), Amber 3 (Item No. 11555), and Amber 4 (Item No. 11556).
Important: This product is intended for use by adults and individuals with the necessary knowledge and experience. It is not designed for use by children or persons with limited mental or physical capabilities. Commercial use is also not intended.

Installation and Operating Instructions
Before installing the new wheel rail set, remove the existing standard wheel rails from your bike rack. Ensure bicycles are removed from the rack first.
- Remove Plastic Cover: Remove the plastic cover located in the middle of the wheel rail you intend to replace. [Diagram: Shows removal of a plastic cover from the wheel rail.]
- Remove Existing Rail: Loosen the nuts beneath the wheel rail. Pull the carriage bolts upwards from the top of the wheel rail. [Diagram: Shows bolts being removed from the wheel rail.] Remove the original wheel rail.
- Install New Rails: Place the new wide tire wheel rails onto the bike rack's support table. Secure them using the new bolts and nuts provided.
- Reinstall Plastic Cover: Reattach the plastic cover.
- Install Tensioning Belts: Insert the short tensioning straps from the inside to the outside under the wheel holder, and then from the outside back to the inside through the designated slots of the wheel holder. [Diagram: Shows installation of tensioning belts.]
Important Note: The heaviest bicycle should always be transported on the rail closest to the vehicle.
Maintenance and Care
Clean the wheel rails with a slightly damp, soft cloth and a mild cleaning agent. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents, solvents, or petrol. Store the wheel rails in a dry place.
Environmental Protection
Dispose of used wheel rails via the recycling bin or public/municipal collection points. The materials are recyclable, contributing to environmental protection through recycling and reuse.
