Installation Instructions

Tools and Materials Needed:

  • Insinkerator® Digital Instant Hot Water Tank (HWT300-F2000S or HWT300)
  • Supplied Wrench
  • Optional: Filter (recommended for optimal performance)

Step 1: Faucet Installation

  1. Slide the faucet base down.
  2. Slide the 5/16" Clear Silicone Vent Line up underneath the base and secure it to the white fitting.
  3. Slide the base back up, securing it to the faucet body. Ensure the Brizo logo faces forward.
  4. Insert the 7/16" Clear Silicone Supply Line onto the gray fitting.
  5. Slide the gasket onto the tubes with the paper backing oriented up. Remove the paper backing to expose the adhesive and install the gasket.
  6. Insert the faucet into the sink, ensuring it is centered in the hole.
  7. Install mounting hardware with the supplied wrench until snug.
  8. Adjust the final position of the faucet above the sink if necessary.
  9. Tighten hardware until the faucet resists movement, being careful not to overtighten.

Note: Faucet fittings are 1/4" compression. Ensure all fittings and end connections are free of debris. Loop tubing if it is too long, maintaining a minimum bend diameter of 8". Secure the metal nut to the adapter, start by hand, and then tighten with a wrench for at least 2 more turns.

Step 2: Tank Installation

  1. Install the Insinkerator tank according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. Install the inlet and outlet tubes as shown in the diagram. The inlet tube should make a "click" sound when secure.

CAUTION: Do not plug in the hot water tank until all water connections are made and checked for leaks.

Step 3: Filter Installation (Recommended)

  1. Install the filter according to the Insinkerator manual.

Note: It is recommended that carbon filters be replaced every 6 months.

Step 4: Connections

  1. Make connections to the cold water supply.
  2. Check all connections for leaks.
  3. Run the faucet for 4 minutes prior to turning on the tank.
