This document provides details on firmware updates for the Pioneer VSA-LX805 AV Receiver, aimed at enhancing performance and adding new features.

Update Information
This update may be installed via USB or Network connection.
07/01/2025 Update
This update includes previous updates and addresses the following:
- Fixes an issue where the DLBC (Dirac Live Base Control) / DLBM (Dirac Live Base Management) crossover was applied incorrectly. After applying the update, users should re-export/transfer the filter (target EQ) to each slot.
- Includes minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
- Adds a setup microphone switching procedure. For details, refer to the document "Switching-the-Setup-Microphone_P-_Rev1.pdf".
03/12/2025 Update
- Stability is improved and minor bugs are fixed.
11/18/2024 Update

- Adds support for Tidal MAX.
- Improves the Dirac Live measurement on the Pioneer Application.

- Raises the upper limit of the Dirac delay time from 20 msec to 50 msec.
- Fixes an issue displaying messages related to OSD signals when connecting an Optoma projector.
- Fixes an issue where enabling Bluetooth transmission would prevent HLG display.
- Includes minor bug fixes and stability improvements.
Firmware Update Instructions
Firmware can be updated via network or USB connection.
Updating via Network: Connect the unit to a network to perform the update.
Updating via USB Connection: A USB storage device with 128 MB or larger capacity is required for updating.
