Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach Feet

Attach the 4 feet (6) to the bottom of the side panels (11, 12).

Step 2: Assemble Drawer Frame

Attach the bottom shelf (9) and drawer back panel (13) to the side panels (11, 12) using screws (1, 2) and nuts (3).

Step 3: Attach Drawer Runners (Frame)

Attach the drawer runner (14) to the assembled frame using screws (1).

Step 4: Attach Back Panels

Attach the back panels (8) to the frame using screws (5).

Step 5: Attach Drawer Runners (Cabinet)

Attach the drawer runners (16, 17) to the side panels of the main cabinet structure. Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.

Step 6: Attach Drawer Runners (Internal)

Attach the internal drawer runners (15) to the drawer side panels using screws (5).

Step 7: Attach Workbench Top

Place the workbench top (10) onto the assembled frame and secure it with screws (1).

Step 8: Attach Side Doors

Attach the side doors (7) to the cabinet structure. The diagram shows the correct placement and orientation.

Step 9: Assemble Drawers

Assemble the drawers using the drawer bases (18), drawer sides (19), and drawer fronts (20). Secure with screws (4, 2, 3).

Step 10: Insert Drawers

Slide the assembled drawers into the corresponding runners on the workbench frame. The diagram illustrates the insertion process and weight limits for the drawers (max 30 kg per drawer).

Step 11: Final Check

Ensure all parts are securely fastened. The workbench has a total weight capacity of 300 kg.
