Key Features
- Power Supply: 24 V AC/DC or 110...240 V AC/DC.
- Adjustable Sensitivity: Selectable between 5...150 kΩ or 5...450 kΩ.
- Output Contact: 1 Changeover (CO) contact, rated 6A.
- Functions: Supports filling and emptying control with 6 available functions. This includes single level control (minimum/maximum) and level monitoring between minimum and maximum (Window function).
- Selectable Delay: Intervention delay can be set from 0.5 seconds to 7 seconds.
- Indicators: Double LED indicator for power status and output contact status.
- Double Insulation: 6 kV (1.2/50 µs) insulation between power and contacts, probes and power, and contacts and probes.
Operation Principle
Level control is performed using probes connected to the relay:
- With 2 probes: Connected to terminals B1 and B3. The liquid level is maintained at the level of the B1 probe.
- With 3 probes: Connected to terminals B1, B2, and B3. The liquid level is maintained between the minimum probe (B2) and the maximum probe (B1).
Window Function
The Window function allows simultaneous monitoring of two levels (B1 and B2). It is useful for applications requiring alerts for potential overfill or underfill conditions.
