Important Safety Instructions

- Do not operate fan until fully assembled with all parts properly in place.
- This product is intended for household use only and not for commercial or industrial applications.

- WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons, do not use replacement parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer (e.g., parts made at home using a 3D Printer).
- For models with overload protection (fuse): A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the outlet.
Parts and Assembly
Assembly Instructions
Tools required: Phillips head screw driver (not included)
Estimated assembly time: 5-10 minutes
- To assemble the base, place Cross Base section (T) into the center notch of Cross Base section (U).
- Remove the 4 Outer Pole Screws (S) located on the Cross Base Sections (T) and (U).
- Place Outer Pole (Q) overtop of the assembled Cross Base. Align the screw holes of the Outer Pole (Q) to the Cross Base.
- Use the provided Outer Pole Screws (S) to attach the Outer Pole (Q) to the assembled Cross Base with a Phillips head screw driver.
- Unscrew the Height Adjustment Collar (P).
- Place Base Cover (R) on top of Outer Pole (Q) and slide overtop of the assembled Cross Base.
- Screw back on the Height Adjustment Collar (P) to the Outer Pole (Q).
- Line up the 2 holes of the Rear Grill (H) with the posts on the Motor Housing (L) assembly. When properly aligned, the handle (I) of the rear grill should be in the 12 o'clock position.
- Secure Rear Grill (H) to Motor Housing (L) with Rear Grill Mounting Nut (G). Turn clockwise to tighten.
- Slide Blade (F) over Motor Shaft (J).
- Secure fan blade to motor shaft with the Blade Cap (E). Turn counterclockwise to tighten.
- Remove the nut from the Grill Locking Screw (C).
- Open the expandable Grill Clips (D) located around the perimeter of the Front Grill (B).
- Align the hole located at the bottom of the Rear Grill (H) with the hole at the bottom of the Front Grill (B).
- Close all the Grill Clips (D) around the perimeter of the grill.
- Insert the Grill Locking Screw (C) into the hole at the bottom of the grill. Secure in place by tightening the nut over the back of the screw.
Features and Operations
Operating Instructions
- Set fan base on a dry, level, stable surface.
- Plug cord into any standard 120 volt AC outlet.
- Adjust speed by pressing the speed control buttons: 3-High, 2-Medium, 1-Low, OFF.
- To start oscillation, press the Oscillation Knob (K) down. To stop oscillation, pull Oscillation Knob (K) up.
Tilt Adjustment
Gently move the fan head up or down manually to the desired angle. An audible click will confirm each angle adjustment.
Height Adjustment
Turn the Height Adjustment Collar (P) to adjust the fan's height.
User Servicing Instructions
Replaceable Fuse
If the (2.5 Amp, 125 Volt) replaceable fuse blows, please visit www.getholmesfans.com for information on how to order a new fuse. Follow the below instructions to replace the fuse on the plug:
- Unplug the fan.
- Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug by pulling on cord.
- Open fuse cover, located on the top of the plug, by using your thumb or a flathead screwdriver to slide the cover towards the prongs. Ensure the fuse cover is completely open before attempting to remove fuse.
- Remove fuse carefully.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Fan Cleaning
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Do not allow water to drip on or into fan housing.
- Use only a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Do not use harsh chemicals such as gasoline, thinner, or benzene as a cleaner.
Fan Blade Cleaning
- Always unplug the fan before cleaning.
- Remove the front grill by opening the clips located around the perimeter.
- Clean the fan blade, front and rear grills with a soft cloth moistened with a mild soap solution.
- Securely fasten the front grill to the rear grill by closing the clips over the perimeter.
Fan Head, Base, and Pole Cleaning
Unplug the fan, then, using a soft, moist cloth (with or without a mild soap solution), carefully clean the fan base, pole, and head.
Fan Storage
- This fan can be stored either partially disassembled or assembled.
- Store the fan in a clean, dry location between seasons or when not in use for an extended period of time.
- Keep the fan protected from dirt and dust during storage.
- Note: This fan can also be used during the cold winter season to circulate warm air throughout your home.

Warranty Information
3-Year Limited Warranty
This device has a limited warranty of 3 years from the original date of purchase against workmanship and defects in material. If under normal use, your product fails to operate, please contact the customer service department at info@getholmesfans.com. A refund or replacement will be provided with proof of purchase. Star Elite Inc. may deny claims of damage caused by misuse or modifications of this product.
