Chapter Six Precautions
- This instrument is a precision instrument. Avoid contact with alcohols, perfumes, and other volatile organic compounds or gases, as they may affect testing accuracy.
- For accurate readings, keep the living room, bedroom, and other indoor rooms closed for 12 hours before detecting the air. This allows the instrument to be more responsive to real pollution levels. Select the average value from different detection points for more accurate data.
- The instrument uses a sampling mode through the free circulation and diffusion of air. Air quality readings may fluctuate over time, which is normal.
- Do not blow or block the sensor detection port of the instrument, as this will interfere with its normal operation.
- The instrument is a precision instrument; do not disassemble the housing or internal devices yourself.
