Televes H30D+ CATV & DOCSIS 3.0 Meter/Analyzer

Quick Guide

1. Load Battery

   Connect the battery charger to the device and a power source. The device uses a Li-ION battery.

2. Power ON

   Press the ON button for more than 1 second to turn the device on. Press and hold for more than 3 seconds to turn it off.

3. Select language

   Upon first startup, a welcome screen will appear. Select your preferred language (e.g., English, Español).

4. Select geographical area

   Choose your geographical zone from the provided options (e.g., Europe, Middle East, North East Africa).

5. Registration process

   The H30D+ requires registration on the Televes web within 30 days of the first use. You can initiate this process by scanning a QR code with your mobile device or using the H30D+ app (available for iOS and Android). Alternatively, you can enter the device's PIN code on the Televes website. Upon successful registration, a PIN code will be sent to your email, which you will need to enter into your H30D+. Registration completes successfully, and you will receive the 'Extended terrestrial input level range' option (593235) for free if registered within 30 days. The registration reminder message will appear each time you turn on the H30D+ for the next 30 days.

6. Buttons

   Familiarize yourself with the device's buttons for navigation: Menu, Options.

7. F-connector options

   A male-to-female adapter is recommended for the DOCSIS input to prevent wear from frequent coaxial cable insertions.

8. Reset

   To reset the device, press and hold the ON button for more than 10 seconds.

Accessories and Features

The H30D+ features Digital Processing, a 1.218 MHz Spectrum Analyzer, Constellation Display, and DOCSIS 3.0 Modem capabilities. It supports DVBC, DVBC2, DVBT, DVBT2, and QAM B standards.

The device is compatible with Li-ION batteries and has received CE, EAC, and FC certifications.
