Side View: Shows the side of the speaker with ports and buttons.

Battery Charging

To charge the internal battery, plug the USB charging cable into the DC Power Input on the speaker and a powered on computer or USB power adapter (not included) and standard power outlet. Charging time is approximately 4 hours. Battery life is approximately 9 hours at 50% volume.

When the battery is low, a voice will announce "Low Battery," then the unit will automatically power OFF.

While the unit is charging, it will display a solid red light. When the battery is fully charged, the light will turn off.

Aux In

Requires a 3.5mm audio cable (not included).

  1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable to the Aux In on the unit and the audio output on an audio device. The unit will automatically change to Aux in mode and disconnect the speakers if paired together.
  2. Use the controls on the connected device to select and play audio. Be sure the volume on your connected device is audible when you begin playing.

Party Plus Mode

Party Plus Mode allows you to pair and play two speakers together for true wireless stereo.

  1. To enter Party Plus Mode, power ON both speakers and make sure both units are in Bluetooth mode.
  2. An audible chime will be heard, and the LEDs on both units will begin flashing blue. Allow the speakers a few seconds to connect.
  3. When the two speakers are paired together, an audible chime will indicate the two units are connected. The LED on one unit will flash blue, and the LED on the other unit will turn solid blue.
  4. Connect your Bluetooth device to the speakers using the steps in the "Pairing & Playing Bluetooth Audio" section.
  5. Use your device to select and play tracks. The audio will now be heard through both speakers.
  6. To disconnect the two speakers, quickly double tap the Power/Mode button on one of the units.

Note: To use Party Plus Mode, please ensure you connect the speakers before pairing to your Bluetooth device. You will not be able to connect the speakers if you are already paired to a Bluetooth device.

If the speakers will not connect automatically:

  1. With both units powered on, quickly double tap the Power/Mode button on one of the speakers. Allow the speakers a few seconds to connect.

Pairing & Playing Bluetooth Audio

  1. When first powered on, the speakers default to Bluetooth Mode and are ready to pair automatically. When pairing, remain within 3 feet of the Bluetooth device.
  2. Using the controls on your Bluetooth device, select "ISBW422" in the Bluetooth settings to pair. Refer to your device's user manual for more information.
  3. When successfully paired, a voice prompt will announce the connection. Your Bluetooth device's audio will now be heard through the speakers.
  4. Use the controls on the connected Bluetooth device to select and play audio, pause, and adjust the volume level.
  5. After initial pairing, the speaker will automatically connect to the last Bluetooth device used whenever it is in Bluetooth Mode. If your device becomes unpaired or is unable to connect: Enter your Bluetooth settings and select "Forget This Device." Then, connect to the speakers using the initial Bluetooth connection steps above.
