Installation Notes

Installing the Charging Base

Connect the power cord and place the charging base against a wall on a flat surface. Ensure there is more than 1.2 meters of clear space in front of the charging base and more than 0.5 meters on the left and right sides for smooth docking. Do not place the charging base in direct sunlight.

Instructions for Use

Power On/Off

Press and hold the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" button to power on. The host enters standby mode. Press and hold the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" button to shut down. When the host is charging, it cannot be turned off.

Start/Pause

Short press the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" button to start cleaning. Press any key to pause. It is recommended to start cleaning from the charging stand. If the battery is low, charging is required before cleaning. If the battery becomes insufficient during cleaning, the host will automatically return to the charging base to recharge and then resume cleaning.

Charging

The host automatically returns to the charging base when cleaning is complete or the battery is low. Manual charging can be initiated by pressing the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" button. Ensure the charging pole pieces are in good contact.

Sleep

If there is no operation for 5 minutes, the host enters sleep mode. The host will not enter sleep mode while charging. It will automatically shut down if it remains in sleep mode with no power.

Connect to the Mobile Client

  1. Connect your phone to a 2.4G WiFi network.
  2. Scan the QR code or search for "ProscenicHome" in your app store to download, register, and log in to the app.
  3. On the app's home page, select "Add device" and choose the "M6 PRO" sweeping robot.
  4. Press and hold the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" and "<0xE2><0x8F><0xB3>" keys for 5 seconds to enter network configuration.
  5. Select your WiFi network and enter the password.
  6. Go to your phone's WLAN list and connect to the "Proscenic-XXXX" device hotspot.
  7. Return to the APP and wait for the network distribution to complete.

Remote Control

The remote control has buttons for Schedule, On/Pause, Power levels (Max/Standard/Quiet), Time, Manual control, Edge cleaning, and Recharge. For effective control, use it in the front area of the host within a 3-6 meter range.

2-in-1 Dust&Water Tank

Switch to the water tank assembly for mopping. Do not mop on carpets. Wet the mop and attach it with hook-and-loop fasteners. Fill the tank with water and secure the rubber lid. Place the water tank assembly into the main unit. Start mopping by short pressing the "<0xF0><0x9F><0x94><0x8B>" button or via the app.

Routine Maintenance

Dust Box and Filter Assembly (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Open the lid and remove the dust bin.
  2. Open the dust box and empty the contents.
  3. Open the dust cover and remove the HEPA filter.
  4. Shake off debris from the filter net and use the cleaning brush to clean the dust box and filter.
  5. Fill the dust box with clean water, close it, shake it left and right, and pour out the dirty water. Repeat until clean.
  6. After drying the filter and dust box, reassemble them.

2-in-1 Dust&Water Tank (Recommended after each cleaning)

  1. Open the cover and take out the 2-in-1 dust bin with water tank.
  2. Open the dust bin cover and empty the contents.
  3. Take out the HEPA filter. Clean the dust bin with a cleaning brush. Wash the HEPA filter and dust bin in water, then dry them.
  4. Detach the mop, wash it in water, and dry it.
  5. Pour out any remaining water from the tank and dry the tank.
  6. Reassemble the filter, dust bin, mop, and water tank after drying.

Main Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Turn the main unit over. Press the left and right buckles to remove the middle sweep cover.
  2. Pull the roller brush upwards and clean entangled hair and debris with the cleaning brush.
  3. Replace the roller brush and insert the three legs of the middle sweep cover into the slots. Press down and secure the buckle.

Note: Replace the main brush every 6-12 months for optimal cleaning performance.

Side Brush (Recommended Weekly)

  1. Grip the side brush foot and pull out the side brush forcefully.
  2. After cleaning entangled hair and debris from the side brush, press down to install it.

Note: Replace the side brush every 3-6 months for optimal cleaning performance.

Host and Sensor (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the sensors on the main unit with a soft, dry cloth. This includes:

Charging Base (Recommended Monthly)

Wipe the charging pole of the charging base with a soft, dry cloth.

Universal Wheel (Recommended Monthly Cleaning)

  1. Flip the main unit over and pull the universal wheel upwards.
  2. Clean hair and dust from the wheel, axle, and support.
  3. Reinstall the universal wheel and press it firmly.

Note: Wash with water, dry, and then reattach.

Troubleshooting

Fault Prompt Solution
Abnormal 1. Please confirm that the laser radar is not blocked. Please check or remove foreign objects around the lidar or move the device to a new location to restart.
Abnormal 2. Please wipe the cliff sensor and move to the new position to start. Wipe the main power cliff sensor and try again (refer to the manual for sensor location).
Abnormal 3. A strong magnetic field is detected, moved to a new location, and then retried. Please move the host to a new location and try again.
Abnormal 4. Please check the collision sensor and clear the foreign object around it. Try pressing the front bumper and clearing the foreign object, then restart.
Abnormal 5. The host temperature is abnormal. Please wait for the temperature to return to normal. The host temperature is too high or too low. Please wait until the temperature returns to normal before using.
Abnormal 6. Charging is abnormal. Please clean the charging contact area. Please check if the original power adapter is used. Please check if the charging stand is in the horizontal position.

Common Problems

Question Type Solution
Can not boot The battery is low, please charge it before using it. Ambient temperature is too low (less than 0°C) or too high (higher than 50°C).
Unable to start cleaning The battery is low, please charge it before starting it. There are too many obstacles near the charging stand. Please put the charging stand in the open area. The host is too far from the recharge seat. Please try to place the main unit near the charging stand.
Unable to recharge Reboot after shutdown.
Abnormal behavior Roller brush, side brush or left/right wheel may wrap foreign objects, please clean after shutdown.
There is abnormal noise during cleaning The dust box is full, please clean the dust box. HEPA components have been blocked, please clean up. The roller brush is wrapped by foreign matter, please clean the main brush.
Decrease in cleaning ability or falling out from machine WiFi signal is not good, please make sure the host is in a good WiFi signal coverage area. WiFi connection is abnormal, reset WiFi and download the latest app. Try to connect again.
Unable to connect to WiFi Please confirm that the host is not in the do not disturb mode; it will not continue to clean in this mode.
Breakpoint cleaning Manually recharging or putting the main unit back into the charging stand will lead the machine not to continue cleaning from the last interruption.
Cannot return to the charging stand after spot cleaning or moving the position After spot cleaning or long-distance moving, the host will re-generate the map. If the charging stand is far away, it may not be able to automatically recharge. Please manually put the host back into the charging stand to charge.
Unable to charge Make sure there is enough space around the cradle, and there is no dust or obstruction on the surface of the charging base electrode.
Scheduled cleaning does not work Please confirm that the device is connected to the network. If the device is not connected to the network, you cannot synchronize the scheduled cleaning task.
Host is always offline Please ensure that the equipment distribution network is successful and always within the WiFi coverage.
Phone cannot pair device Please make sure that the charging stand and the host are within the WiFi coverage and the signal is good. Follow the instructions to reset the WiFi and then pair it.
