HART™ Power Tools Limited Warranty and 90 Day Exchange Policy

Hart Consumer Products, Inc. warrants its HART™ power tools under the following conditions.

90-Day Exchange Policy

During the first 90 days after the date of purchase, you may request service under this warranty or exchange any HART™ power tool that does not work properly due to defective workmanship or materials. To do so, return the power tool to the dealer from which it was purchased. To receive a replacement power tool or warranty service, you must present proof of purchase and return all original equipment packaged with the original product. The replacement power tool will be covered by the limited warranty for the remaining balance of the three-year period from the original purchase date.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers all defects in workmanship or materials in your HART™ power tool for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Batteries and power tool accessories are warranted for ninety (90) days, except batteries which are warranted for three years.

How to Get Service

You can find the location of the nearest service center by logging on to www.HARTtools.com or its successor site. Alternatively, you may call 1-800-776-5191. When requesting warranty service, you may be required to provide proof of purchase documentation, including the purchase date (e.g., a receipt). Hart Consumer Products, Inc. will repair any faulty workmanship or replace any defective part at its option, free of charge, within a reasonable timeframe.

What's Not Covered

This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser and is non-transferable. It covers defects arising under normal usage only and does not cover malfunctions, failures, or defects resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, modification, or repairs by unauthorized service centers. Hart Consumer Products, Inc. makes no other warranties, representations, or promises regarding the quality or performance of its power tools beyond those specifically stated herein.

Additional Limitations

Any implied warranties granted under state law, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to three years from the date of purchase. Hart Consumer Products, Inc. is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
