General Warnings

Do not install this equipment in a confined space, such as a bookcase or similar unit.
CAUTION: Do not use high voltage products (e.g., electrical swatters) around this product, as it may malfunction due to electrical shock.
No naked flame sources, such as lighted candles, should be placed on the apparatus.
Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Slots and openings are provided for ventilation and to ensure reliable operation and protect from overheating. They should never be blocked by placing the product on a bed, sofa, rug, or similar surface. Built-in installations require proper ventilation or adherence to manufacturer's instructions.
The Power Plug serves as the disconnecting device and must remain readily accessible in case of an emergency.
The apparatus should not be exposed to water (dripping or splashing), and no objects filled with liquids, such as vases, should be placed on it.
Refer to the main label on the bottom or other surface for safety marking information, product identification, and supply ratings.
Adapter Usage
Only use the AC adapter supplied with this device. Do not use a power supply from another device or manufacturer, as it may cause damage and void the warranty.
Battery Safety
CAUTION: Risk of fire or explosion if the battery is replaced by an incorrect type.
For models using a portable battery or accumulator: To safely remove batteries, follow assembly steps in reverse. Dispose of old batteries in designated collection points to prevent environmental contamination and health threats. Do not dispose of with regular waste. Use local reimbursement systems if available. Batteries should not be exposed to excessive heat.
For models using a built-in battery: Do not store or transport at pressures lower than 11.6 kPa (0.116 bar) or at altitudes above 15,000 m (9.32 miles).
Risks associated with battery handling include: replacement with incorrect types, disposal in fire or hot ovens, mechanical crushing or cutting, exposure to extremely high temperatures, and exposure to extremely low air pressure, all of which can lead to explosions or leakage of flammable liquid or gas.

Installing and Using the Product

Product Components
- A Sound bar
- B Function LED / Remote Control Receiver
- C Wireless Subwoofer - Install it close to the sound bar.
- D External Device - (e.g., Blu-ray player, game console)
Connections
- Connect the sound bar to your TV via an optical cable.
- If using an external device (e.g., Blu-ray player, game console), connect it to the TV via an HDMI cable.
- Connect to power in the following order: Wireless Subwoofer, then Sound Bar. Turn on the sound bar. The LED on the wireless subwoofer will light up green when the connection is automatically established.
Using the Product with Your TV
- Press the Function button (F) repeatedly or the OPTICAL button once until the OPTICAL LED appears on the function LED.
- On your TV's settings, set the output speaker to [Optical] or [External Speaker].
Connecting to Your Smartphone via Bluetooth
- On your smartphone, go to Settings and select Bluetooth. Turn on the Bluetooth function.
- Press the Function button (F) repeatedly until the Bluetooth LED blinks on the function LED.
- Find and tap the product on your smartphone. It will appear as "LG SQC1 (XX)".
- When connected, the Bluetooth LED turns on.
Wireless Subwoofer Connection Troubleshooting
If you see a red LED on the back of the wireless subwoofer, it indicates no connection to the sound bar. Follow these steps:
- Turn off the sound bar using the Power button.
- Press the Pairing button on the back of the disconnected wireless subwoofer. Check if the LED blinks green. If a red LED persists, press and hold the button on the subwoofer again.
- Turn on the sound bar.
- A green LED on the back of the wireless subwoofer indicates a successful connection.
Note: Keep the sound bar and subwoofer more than 1 meter (3.3 ft) away from devices like wireless routers or microwave ovens to prevent wireless interference.

Replacement products or parts may be new or remanufactured and are warranted for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. If the purchase date cannot be verified, the warranty begins on the first day of the manufacture month.

Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not apply to:
- Service trips for delivery, pickup, installation, education, wiring correction, or unauthorized repairs.
- Damage or failure during power failures, interruptions, or inadequate electrical service.
- Damage or failure from operating contrary to instructions, for non-intended purposes, or under conditions contrary to recommendations.
- Damage (including cosmetic), deterioration, malfunction, loss, or personal injury due to misuse, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance/storage, or acts of nature (e.g., lightning, fire, power surges, flood).
- Damage or failure from improper installation, repair, maintenance, or foreign objects. Use of non-approved parts.
- Damage or failure from unauthorized modification, alteration, adjustment of controls, calibration, or use with incompatible mobile devices.
- Damage or failure from reception problems due to inadequate antenna or faulty connections, or computer software.
- Damage or failure from incorrect electrical current, voltage, components, or unapproved cleaning products.
- Damage or failure from transportation/handling (scratches, dents, chips) unless reported within one week of delivery and resulting from defects in materials/workmanship.
- Damage to displays, open box, discounted, or refurbished products.
- Products with removed or altered serial numbers.
- Increases in utility costs.
- Unapproved accessories and software.
- Damage or failure from institutional or commercial use.
The cost of repair or replacement under excluded circumstances is borne by the customer.
