Introduction
Please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference.
CAUTION
WARNING: Risk of Fire. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor. Use minimum 90°C supply conductors.
Turn off the main power at the circuit breaker before installing the fixture to prevent possible shock.
GENERAL
All electrical connections must comply with local and National Electrical Code (N.E.C.) standards. If you are unfamiliar with proper electrical wiring connections, obtain the services of a qualified electrician.
Remove the fixture and the mounting package from the box and verify that all parts are present by referencing the illustrations in these installation instructions.
ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
- Thread two mounting screws (8) into the mounting bar (9) and secure them with the hex nut (7).
- Secure the mounting bar (9) to the outlet box (1) using the box screws (10).
- Pull the outlet wires and ground wire from the outlet box (1). Make wire connections:
- Connect the ribbed/white wire (without marking) from the light fixture to the white wire (2) from the power source.
- Connect the smooth/black wire (without marking) from the light fixture to the black wire (3) from the power source.
- Loop the ground wire (4) to the mounting bar (9) using a green screw (6).
- Attach the canopy (11) to the outlet box (1) and secure it with the ball nut (12).
- Install the bulb (bulb not included). Do not exceed the maximum wattage recommended for the socket.
- Insert the Lamp Body (14) into the Glass shade (13), then secure the Cap (15) over the Glass (13) using the Finger Nut (16).
INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETED.

The assembly process involves attaching the mounting bar to the outlet box, connecting the electrical wires, securing the canopy, and then assembling the lamp body, glass shade, and cap.
