To be eligible, customers must be private end-users aged 18 and above and pre-order one of the listed "Aktionsgeräte" (promotional devices) through the Samsung Online Shop or the Samsung Shop App. The storage upgrade is provided at no additional cost, allowing customers to receive the next largest storage variant. Customers are responsible for selecting the desired storage variant.

Participation is limited to a maximum of five promotional devices per household, while supplies last. Samsung reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock or budget is exhausted. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, services, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns from Samsung.

Trade-In Service

Samsung offers a Trade-In service for private end-customers aged 18 and above when purchasing a new Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, or Galaxy Z Flip7 FE device without a tariff between July 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025.

Eligible customers can trade in their old device (list of eligible old devices and further requirements available in the full service conditions) within 14 days of receiving the new device. The trade-in value of the old device will be applied as an upfront discount in the shopping cart. The purchase price of the old device depends on its model and age.

Conditions for Trade-In Devices:

• Devices must be functional: able to power on and charge.
• No display cracks or breaks.
• No Net-Lock or SIM-Lock.
• No activation lock (e.g., Samsung, Google, or iOS lock). Instructions for removing activation locks are available here.
• Must be reset to factory settings.

Devices with cracked or broken displays may also be eligible for trade-in, provided they meet the above conditions and the customer selects the "Trade-In with broken display" option. If the device is not operable due to a broken display, activation locks must be removed online using a separate device and account. Instructions are available here.

In case of a complete return of the promotional device, the purchase price (reduced by the trade-in value and any trade-in bonus) will be refunded, and the old device will be returned to the customer. If the old device has already been processed by Foxway, Samsung will provide the trade-in value as compensation.

If the purchase of the promotional device is cancelled, the trade-in contract with Foxway will also be cancelled. If no trade-in contract with Foxway was established or if the sale of the old device is cancelled, the trade-in value and any trade-in bonus must be returned to Samsung. In such cases, customers must contact Samsung Customer Service by phone.

A promotional period from July 9, 2025, 4 PM to July 24, 2025, 11:59 PM offers a 10% discount on eligible Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, or Z Fold7 series devices when pre-ordering through the Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App.

To receive the discount, customers must enter the voucher code "NEU10" or "ZF10" during the checkout process. The discount applies to the selling price of the respective promotional device.

The voucher code is valid only in the Samsung Online Shop or Shop App, during the promotional period, and for the listed promotional devices. The code must be entered and confirmed in the designated field in the shopping cart during checkout. The discount is applied to the purchase price before payment.

Between July 9, 2025, 4 PM and July 27, 2025, customers who pre-order eligible Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Flip7 FE, or Z Fold7 series devices through the Samsung Online Shop or Samsung Shop App can receive a discount of up to 30% on selected bundle products.

The bundle product must be pre-ordered together with the promotional device in a single transaction. The bundle product must be added to the cart separately from the promotional device. The discount on the bundle product is automatically deducted from the total price during checkout. The bundle product can be shipped together with the promotional device or separately within the specified delivery timeframe.

If the promotional device purchase is cancelled, the bundle product must be returned along with the refund of the reduced purchase price, or the difference between the original and reduced price must be paid.

Example Calculation:

• Redeeming 50,000 Samsung Rewards points grants a €50 discount. Samsung doubles this to a €100 discount.
• Redeeming 250,000 Samsung Rewards points grants a €250 discount. Samsung doubles this to a maximum of €200, resulting in a total discount of €450.

Customers must be logged into their Samsung Account and registered with Samsung Rewards to participate. Samsung Rewards points are non-transferable and can only be redeemed in the Samsung Online Shop or Shop App.
