Operating Instructions
General Warnings
- Usually, the receiver and transmitter are pre-paired. If not, reprogram them.
- Reset the receiver before changing the operating mode.
- After reset, all previously paired remote controls will no longer work.
- Replace the remote transmitter battery when low for stronger signal transmission.
- Slightly extend the receiver's antenna for better signal reception.
- The remote transmitter needs 2 or more buttons for latched mode setup.
- The output type is passive output / potential-free contacts.
Operating Modes
Momentary Mode:
Press and hold the button: Relay turns ON. Release the button: Relay turns OFF.
How to program:
- Press the learning button on the receiver 1 time. The indicator LED lights up.
- Press one button on the remote transmitter. The indicator LED flashes several times and then turns off. Programming successful.
Toggle Mode:
Press button "A": Relay turns ON. Press button "A" again: Relay turns OFF.
How to program:
- Press the learning button on the receiver 2 times. The indicator LED lights up.
- Press one button on the remote transmitter. The indicator LED flashes several times and then turns off. Programming successful.
Latched Mode:
Press button "A": Relay turns ON. Press button "B": Relay turns OFF.
How to program:
- Press the learning button on the receiver 3 times. The indicator LED lights up.
- Press button "A" on the remote transmitter. The indicator LED flashes several times and then lights up.
- Press button "B" on the remote transmitter. The indicator LED flashes several times and then turns off. Programming successful.
Delay Mode:
Press and hold the button: Relay turns ON. Release the button: Relay turns OFF after 5 seconds (or 10/15/20 seconds).
How to program:
- Press the learning button on the receiver 4 times (or 5/6/7 times). The indicator LED lights up.
- Press one button on the remote transmitter. The indicator LED flashes several times and then turns off. Programming successful.
Reset
Press the learning button on the receiver 8 times. The indicator LED flashes several times and then turns off. Reset successful.
Troubleshooting
If the receiver and transmitter are not operating normally, try the following steps:
- Check battery power: The indicator LED on the remote transmitter does not light up or is dimly lit.
- Check wiring: Ensure your receiver is wired correctly.
- Reprogramming: Reprogram the receiver and transmitter. This often resolves issues.
- Contact Support: If the problem persists, contact DieseRC for assistance.
