- Close the charging port cover after charging is complete.
ATTENTION
- Do not charge if the charging port or charging cable is wet.
- Do not charge or use your battery if it is damaged or shows signs of water ingress. Close the charging port cover when not charging.

How to Ride
Caution: Wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads. Please read the instructions carefully before use.
- Turn on the scooter and check the power indicator. Note: Do not touch the accelerator when not ready to ride!
- Step onto the pedal with one foot and push off gently with the other foot. When the scooter starts moving, place both feet on the pedal and press the accelerator.
- When the scooter comes to a complete stop, the accelerator will automatically disengage. To restart the scooter, repeat step 2.
- Release the accelerator, and the speed will gradually decrease until it stops. If you need to decelerate quickly, gently squeeze the brake lever while releasing the accelerator.
- Lean your body in the direction of the turn and slowly turn the handlebars.
ATTENTION
Sudden braking may cause serious injury due to loss of traction and falls. Please maintain an appropriate speed and be aware of potential hazards.

Safety Instructions
- This electric scooter is a recreational device. However, when used in public spaces, it is considered a vehicle and is subject to all risks associated with vehicles. For your safety, please follow the instructions in this manual and adhere to traffic laws and regulations set by government and regulatory agencies. RCB is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, accidents, or legal disputes caused by rider inexperience or failure to use the product correctly.
- Following the advice and warnings in this manual can reduce risks, but cannot eliminate all risks. Remember that you are at risk of injury from loss of control, collisions, and falls. The scooter is only suitable for flat, hard surfaces. Higher speeds require longer stopping distances. On smooth surfaces, the scooter may slip, lose balance, or even cause a fall.
- Wear a helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads to prevent injuries in case of a fall. Improper riding can lead to serious falls or accidents. Store the electric scooter indoors when not in use. Read the instruction manual and operate the electric scooter with caution. You should only use the electric scooter after understanding and applying all safety rules. The scooter operator will be responsible for any damage or injury caused by failure to comply with the owner's manual instructions.
- Respect pedestrian right-of-way. Do not startle them while riding, especially children. When riding behind pedestrians, ring your bell to alert them and slow down to pass on their left (applicable in countries where vehicles drive on the right). When passing pedestrians, stay to the right and maintain a low speed. When crossing paths with pedestrians, maintain the lowest speed or dismount the vehicle.
- Check the scooter before each use. If you notice loose parts, low battery warnings, flat tires, excessive wear, strange noises, malfunctions, or other abnormal conditions, stop riding immediately and seek professional assistance.
- Please pay attention to the road surface when riding, and avoid obstacles (including, but not limited to, wet and slippery surfaces, loose sand, gravel, and ice). When riding for the first time, please avoid areas where children, pedestrians, pets, vehicles, bicycles, or other obstacles and potential hazards may be present.
- This scooter is suitable for users aged 16 to 50 years. Individuals who are not fit to ride this scooter include:
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Individuals unable to engage in strenuous physical activity due to illness.
- Individuals who cannot maintain balance.
- Individuals whose weight exceeds the maximum capacity.
- Pregnant women.
- Riding at high speeds or at a speed that is not appropriate or adequate for the situation (e.g., poor weather conditions, poor surface conditions) can lead to a potential loss of stability or control. To reduce any risk, you must follow all instructions in this user manual.
- Always place the scooter on its kickstand on a flat and stable surface. After the scooter is on its kickstand, check its stability to prevent any risk of falling. Do not park the scooter in a busy area; park it along a wall instead. If possible, always choose to park your scooter on level ground.
Daily Care and Maintenance
Cleaning
If you notice stains on the scooter's body, wipe them with a damp cloth. If stains persist, apply toothpaste and scrub with a toothbrush, then wipe with a damp cloth. If you notice scratches on plastic parts, polish them with sandpaper or other abrasive materials.
Notes: Do not clean the scooter with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to avoid serious damage. Do not wash the scooter with a high-pressure water jet. During cleaning, ensure the scooter is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber cover is closed, as water ingress can lead to electric shock or other major issues.
Storage and Maintenance
Any water penetration into the battery can damage the internal circuit, cause fire, or even explosion. If you suspect water has entered the battery, stop using the battery immediately and return it to after-sales service for inspection.
Improper disposal of used batteries can severely pollute the environment. Comply with local regulations when disposing of this battery. Do not discard this battery at will to protect the natural environment.
When the scooter is not in use, keep it indoors in a dry and cool place. Do not leave it outdoors for extended periods. Excessive sunlight, overheating, and excessive cooling can accelerate tire aging and compromise the lifespan of the scooter and battery.
If the scooter is to remain idle for more than 30 days, please fully charge the battery and store it in a dry and cool place. Remember to recharge it every 60 days to protect the battery from potential damage not covered by the limited warranty.
The scooter should only be used with original batteries, and charging should only be performed with the original charging adapter provided with the scooter (or any battery model or charging adapter model approved by the manufacturer as compatible).
Always charge before the battery is depleted to extend its lifespan. The battery performs best at normal temperatures and less well below 0°C. For example, below -20°C, the riding range is only half or less of the normal state. When the temperature rises, the riding range will recover.
NOTE: Damage caused by prolonged lack of charging is irreversible and beyond the limited warranty. Once damage occurs, the battery can no longer be recharged (non-professionals are prohibited from disassembling the battery pack, as this could cause electric shock, short circuits, or even major safety accidents).
ATTENTION: Like any mechanical item, a scooter is subject to stress and wear. Different materials and components can react differently to wear or fatigue. If a component's expected lifespan is exceeded, it may break suddenly, potentially injuring the user. Cracks, scratches, and discoloration in high-stress areas indicate that a component has exceeded its service life, and you should contact after-sales service or a specialized service provider.
