Remote Control Instructions
Setting Up & Pairing the Remote
- Install two AAA batteries (not included) in the remote.
- Plug the mount into a power source.
- Press the side button on the Control Unit (G) using a pencil or small tool. The lift will beep once, indicating it is ready for pairing.
- Press the [SET button] on the remote. The lift will beep for 10 seconds and emit one final beep to indicate successful pairing.
Button Functions

- [Up arrow button]: For upward movement. Press and hold for lifting.
- [Down arrow button]: For downward movement. Press and hold for lowering.
- [STOP/RETRACT/RESET button]: Stops movement or resets the mount.
- [SET button]: Used for pairing and setting memory presets.
- [OK button]: Confirms selections.
- [mem1 button]: Memory preset 1.
- [mem2 button]: Memory preset 2.
- Note: Side arrows have no function.
Using Arrow Keys
Press and hold the [Up arrow button] for the mount to begin lifting. Release when at the desired height. To lower the mount, press and hold the [Down arrow button] until the desired height is reached.
Using Memory Functions
Use the [Up arrow button] and [Down arrow button] to set your desired TV height. Then press and hold any of the Memory Buttons ([mem1 button] or [mem2 button]) for 3 seconds. The mount will beep once to indicate that the location has been saved. To return to a preset, simply press the corresponding recall button (e.g., press [mem1 button] to recall Memory Setting 1).
Default Setting
Short press the [Down arrow button] and the mount will automatically retract to the lowest position. To stop it, press the [STOP button] again.
Reset Mode
Long press the [STOP button] for 3 seconds until you hear a beep and the mount begins to move downwards. Once it reaches the bottom, it will pop up slightly and stop. The mount will emit two beeps indicating a successful reset.
Troubleshooting
The Mount Does Not Respond to Remote Control
Solutions - TV Mount:
- System Error: If the mount emits three beeps after pressing a button, the system may need to be reset. Follow the reset instructions.
- Overheated: If the mount beeps four times, it has overheated. Allow it to cool down for 30 minutes before using again.
- Disconnected Cord: Check all power connections to ensure they are secure.
- Incorrect Operation: If the mount emits one beep, an incorrect operation may have been attempted. Refer to the "Button Functions" section.
Solutions - Remote Control:
- Operating Distance: Ensure the remote is within the 30 ft (10m) operating range of the mount.
- Low Batteries: Replace batteries if they are low or dead.
- Broken Remote: If the remote's LED light does not turn on, the remote may be faulty. Contact Product Support.
Mount Stops Working Mid-Operation & Emits Long Beep
Solutions:
- Obstruction: Check for and remove any objects blocking the mount's movement.
- Weight Capacity Exceeded: Ensure the TV's weight does not exceed the mount's maximum capacity (130 lbs / 60 kg).
- Motor Wire: Check for faulty wires or broken connections. Attempt to reset the mount. If unsuccessful, contact Product Support.
TV Mount is Making Abnormal Noise or Sound
Solutions:
- Power Connections: Ensure all cables are properly connected. If noise persists, contact Product Support.
Mobile App Instructions
This section guides you through using the Tuya Smart mobile app with your VIVO motorized TV mount.
Setting Up & Creating Account
1. Turn On WiFi: Before starting, ensure WiFi is enabled on your smartphone.

2. Create Account: Open the Tuya Smart App and select "Sign-Up" from the start screen. Follow the on-screen prompts. Only one Tuya Smart account can be synced to the mount at a time.

Pairing App to Mount
1. Preparing Mount to Connect: Before pairing with the app, ensure the mount has been paired with the remote. Short press the [mem2 button] on the remote five times. You will hear a beep after each press, with two beeps on the fifth press, indicating the mount is ready for app pairing.

2. Discovering Devices: The screen will begin searching for nearby devices. Tap "Add" next to "Discovering Devices" when it appears.

3. Motorized TV Solution: Your TV Mount will appear as "Motorized TV Solution" under Add Device. Select this device and tap "+" to continue.

4. Connect to WiFi: Select your Wi-Fi network from the available list and enter the password to enable mount access.

5. Connection Screen: If the Wi-Fi connection is successful, the connection to your TV mount will begin. Allow 10-60 seconds for the process to complete.

6. Device Added Successfully: Once connected, a confirmation screen will appear. You can tap the icon to change the name of your TV mount if desired.

7. Mount Added: The mount has been added successfully. Click on the mount name to activate controls.

Unpairing Mount from App
From the Home screen, locate your TV mount. Long press to open device options. Select "Remove Device" at the bottom of the screen to unpair the mount from your app. Alternatively, short press the [mem2 button] on the remote five times. The mount will beep after each press, with two beeps on the fifth press, indicating successful unpairing from the app.

Syncing Other Mobile Devices
To allow other mobile devices to control the TV mount, you need to create a Home in the app and invite other users.
Home Management & Creation
1. Home Management: Select the icon to navigate to the Home screen. Tap "Home Management".

2. Create a Home: Tap "Create A Home" to proceed.

3. Set Up Home: Complete the required information to set up a HOME and tap "SAVE" to continue. The Home Name has a 25-character limit.

4. Home: Return to the Home Management screen and tap the Home you just created.

Inviting & Joining Homes
5. Invite Other Members: Tap "Add Member" and choose an invitation method. New users will receive a link to download the Tuya Smart app with an invitation code to join your Home. Users must download the app and create an account to proceed.

6. Joining a Home: Once the app is installed and registered, the new user will tap the "ME" icon on the bottom of the screen. From that screen, tap "Home Management" and then "Join a Home".

7. Enter Invitation Code: Enter the code received with the invitation and tap "+" to continue.

8. Home Added: The new Home will now show under Home Management.

9. Changing Home Screen: Select the icon to navigate to the Home screen. Tap the [icon] next to "My Home..." at the top of the screen.

10. Select New Home: From the dropdown, select the name of the new home you were invited to. You may be asked to allow Wi-Fi permissions.

11. Device Added: The new home screen will now show the mount. Click on the mount name to activate controls.
