Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
How to delete recordings | Quickly press the Record Button ? twice. The recording light will flash 3 times. The recording will be deleted. |
Nothing is displayed on the screen | 1) Ensure the power adapter is connected to the outlet. If the connection is correct but the problem persists, try installing three batteries to see if the problem is resolved. 2) If the automatic feeder is operating on battery power only, ensure the batteries have sufficient power. 3) If the above solutions do not work, please contact the after-sales team via email. |
Food is not dispensed | 1) Ensure the dry food size is appropriate: 2-15mm. Feeding food larger than this may cause blockages in the feeder. 2) Do not add wet food. 3) Empty the food jar and remove it. Check the chute and food outlet and remove any blockages. |
Why is there an anti-ant measure? | The soft rubber rotor and rubber strip seal the gaps in the food outlet, preventing air, water, and ants from entering the food bucket. |
