Samsung "Sound That Impresses" Promotion Official Rules

General Provisions

The "Sound That Impresses" promotion (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is conducted to form and maintain consumer awareness of products – audio systems of the Samsung brand. It aims to stimulate consumer demand for the specified products.

The Promotion is held in the official Samsung online store (samsung.com/ua) in Ukraine, excluding temporarily occupied territories, in accordance with current legislation and these Official Rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules").

The Promotion period is from July 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025, inclusive. Terms specified in these Rules are determined by months and days. A "month" means the corresponding calendar month with the number of days it has; a "day" means a calendar day, unless a business day is implied, which will be explicitly stated in the Rules.

Promotion Terms

Upon purchasing an eligible audio system model during the promotion, the consumer is granted the right to return the product within 30 days from the purchase date, as recorded in the fiscal receipt. The refund will be processed within 30 days from the physical delivery of the product to the seller and the payment documents, provided the product has no mechanical damage (except for normal wear and tear), is complete (original packaging, device, power cable, and accessories included in the set), and is in clean condition.

Information about the Promotion terms is posted on the internet at www.samsung.com/ua/offer/try-and-buy-soundbar/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). Information about these Rules and any changes to the promotion period and terms can also be found on the information line 0 800 502 000 (calls from mobile and landline phones within Ukraine are free).

In case of early termination of the Promotion, or any other changes or additions to the terms and procedures of the Promotion, notification will be published on the Site.

Other Terms

The Promotion is not a gambling game and cannot be used as such under any circumstances.

In case of situations that allow for ambiguous interpretation of the Rules and/or issues not regulated by these Rules, the final decision is made by the Organizer of the Promotion in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. The Organizer's decision is final and not subject to appeal.

In the event of circumstances that prevent the Promotion from being conducted (malfunctions or failures in the Internet network, as a result of which the further conduct of the Promotion/provision of the incentive becomes impossible), the Organizer has the right to temporarily suspend or completely terminate the Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, the consumer (participant of the Promotion) hereby confirms that they have read the Promotion Rules and fully and unconditionally agree to them.

The Organizer of the Promotion is LLC "Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company" (01032, Kyiv, 57 Lva Tolstogo St.).

The Organizer reserves the right to involve third parties in the conduct of the Promotion and to make changes and post additional information about the Promotion.
