MAXIMERA Pull-Out Interior Fittings Assembly Instructions
This document provides step-by-step instructions for assembling the IKEA MAXIMERA pull-out interior fittings. Please ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning.

Assembly Steps
Step 1
Prepare the base panel.
Insert dowels (139150) into the designated holes on the panel. Use a hammer ? to gently tap them into place.
Step 2
Attach components to the panel.
Insert screws (109510) into the marked holes and tighten them with a screwdriver ?. Ensure the panel is oriented correctly as shown.
Step 3
Attach the back panel support.
Slide the back panel support (147979) into the groove or designated slots on the panel. Ensure it is fully seated.
Step 4
Secure the back panel support.
Insert screws (108904) into the holes to fasten the back panel support (147979) to the panel. Use a screwdriver ?.
Step 5
Continue securing components.
Insert screws (108904) into the remaining holes on the panel and tighten them with a screwdriver ?.
Step 6
Continue securing components.
Insert screws (108904) into the remaining holes on the panel and tighten them with a screwdriver ?.
Step 7
Attach the back panel support.
Slide the back panel support (147979) into the groove or designated slots on the panel. Ensure it is fully seated.
Step 8
Secure the back panel support.
Insert screws (108904) into the holes to fasten the back panel support (147979) to the panel. Use a screwdriver ?.
Step 9
Install cam lock mechanism.
Insert cam bolts (150769) into the designated holes. Then, insert cam locks (147650) into the larger holes, ensuring the arrow on the cam lock points towards the cam bolt. Rotate the cam lock clockwise with a screwdriver ? to secure.
Step 10
Attach plastic fittings.
Insert plastic fittings (128891) into the designated holes on the panel. Press them firmly into place.
Step 11
Attach drawer runners to side panels.
Attach one drawer runner (126887) to a side panel (128537) using screws (148510). Repeat for the other side panel (128536) with its corresponding runner (126889). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 12
Attach drawer runners to side panels.
Attach one drawer runner (126887) to a side panel (128537) using screws (148510). Repeat for the other side panel (128536) with its corresponding runner (126889). Ensure correct orientation.
Step 13
Attach fixing brackets.
Attach fixing brackets (139362 and 139363) to the side panels using screws (148510). Ensure they are oriented correctly.
Step 14
Assemble the drawer box structure.
Connect the side panels to the base panel and front/back panels. Use the provided hardware (screws, dowels, cam locks) as indicated in the diagrams. The diagrams show the assembly of the drawer box frame.
Step 15
Insert drawer slides into the assembled frame.
Slide the drawer runners into the corresponding slots on the assembled frame. Ensure they click into place.
Step 16
Assemble the second drawer unit.
Repeat the assembly process for the second drawer unit, attaching side panels, runners, and fixing brackets.
Step 17
Connect drawer units to the base.
Place the assembled drawer units onto the base panel. Align the fixing brackets with the corresponding holes on the base panel and secure them.
Step 18
Attach vertical supports.
Attach vertical supports (147230) to the drawer units using screws (148510). Ensure correct orientation (R for right, L for left).
Step 19
Secure vertical supports.
Fasten the vertical supports (147230) to the base panel using screws (109510). Ensure they are firmly attached.
Step 20
Attach drawer front/back panels.
Slide the drawer front/back panels (e.g., 128537) into the assembled drawer structure. Secure them using screws (108904).
Step 21
Attach drawer front/back panels.
Slide the drawer front/back panels (e.g., 128536) into the assembled drawer structure. Secure them using screws (108904).
Step 22
Attach drawer runners to the cabinet frame.
Attach the cabinet-side drawer runners (e.g., 147238, 147239) to the inside of the cabinet frame using screws (109510). Ensure correct alignment and orientation.
Step 23
Install drawer slides into the cabinet.
Insert the drawer slides (147238, 147239) into the cabinet frame. The diagram shows inserting the slides and securing them with screws (126887) and rotating cam locks (126887).
Step 24
Install drawer slides into the cabinet.
Insert the drawer slides (147239) into the cabinet frame. The diagram shows inserting the slides and securing them with screws (126887) and rotating cam locks (126887).
Step 25
Insert assembled drawers into the cabinet.
Slide the assembled drawer units into the cabinet runners. The diagram shows the drawer unit being pushed in, with arrows indicating the direction.
Step 26
Attach drawer fronts.
Align the drawer fronts with the drawer boxes and secure them from the inside using screws (108904). The diagram shows the drawer front being attached.
Step 27
Attach cover caps.
Place cover caps (107091) over any exposed screw heads or fittings as shown.
Step 28
Adjust drawer fronts.
Adjust the drawer fronts by turning the screws on the fixing brackets. The diagram shows arrows indicating adjustment direction.

Ensure all drawer runners are securely fastened to the cabinet frame using screws (109510).

Insert drawer boxes into runners.
