How to Wear

1. Try different ear tip sizes (S/M/L) for a perfect fit and optimal audio performance.
2. Insert the earbuds into your ears, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit.

First Time Use

1. Place the earbuds in the charging case.
2. Close the lid.
3. Remove the protective film from the earbuds before first use.

Power On & Connect

1. Open the charging case to power on the earbuds.
2. To connect, open your device's Bluetooth settings and select "JBL WAVE BEAM".
3. For Android 6.0+ devices, you can tap to pair and link your earbuds to your Google Account.
4. Fast Pair is also available for quick connection with compatible Android devices.

Dual Connect

Use both earbuds in Stereo Mode for an immersive audio experience, or use a single earbud in Mono Mode.

Controls

Control your music, calls, and voice assistant with simple tap and hold gestures:

• Tap x1: Play/Pause music, Answer/End call
• Tap x2: Next track, Reject call
• Tap x3: Previous track
• Hold (2s): Activate Voice Assistant (Bixby/Siri®) or switch between Ambient Aware and TalkThru modes.

*Enable advanced controls by connecting your JBL WAVE BEAM to the JBL Headphones app.

VoiceAware

Adjust the level of ambient sound you hear while listening to music. Use the JBL Headphones app to customize VoiceAware settings.

Power Off

Place the earbuds in the charging case and close the lid to power them off.

Manual Setup

Connect to a New Bluetooth Device

To connect to a new device, follow the standard Bluetooth pairing procedure.

Factory Reset

To reset your JBL WAVE BEAM to factory settings, place both earbuds in the charging case, keep the lid open, and press and hold the touch control on both earbuds for more than 5 seconds until the LED flashes blue.

Explore advanced features like customized gestures, equalizer settings, and ambient sound control through the JBL Headphones app.

Charging

• Place the earbuds in the charging case.
• Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case and a power source.
• A 10-minute charge provides approximately 2 hours of music playtime.
• A full charge takes less than 2 hours and provides up to 8 hours of music playtime.
