Bluetooth® System Information
Bluetooth® is a low-power wireless technology enabling devices to exchange data. The Land Rover Bluetooth system supports Hands-Free Profile (HFP), Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP), and Audio/Video Remote Control Profile (AVRCP). HFP and A2DP/AVRCP profiles can be connected independently. For the system to function, your Bluetooth device must be paired and connected to the vehicle's system. The system attempts to connect to the last paired phone upon ignition.
Safe Phone Usage:
- Turn off your phone in potentially explosive areas like gas stations or chemical plants.
- Ensure your mobile phone is securely fastened.
- Be aware that phones may interfere with pacemakers and hearing aids. Consult your doctor or the manufacturer for advice on protective measures for such devices.
For optimal audio quality, the vehicle system may require a few seconds to adapt to your phone's audio and echo characteristics. Adjusting cabin volume and fan speed may help.
Phone Compatibility: A list of compatible phones can be found in the 'Owners' section on the Land Rover website (www.landrover.com). Compatibility may vary based on phone software version, battery status, network coverage, and service provider.
