Usage Instructions

1. Filling the Water Tank: Tilt the iron, open the water filling inlet, and fill the tank with water up to the MAX level. Ensure the cover clicks into place.
2. Temperature Setting: Connect the plug to the outlet. Adjust the temperature dial according to the fabric type. The indicator light will illuminate when heating and turn off when the set temperature is reached.
3. Dry Ironing: Set the steam button to the 'dry' position.
4. Steam Ironing: Set the temperature dial to a higher setting and the continuous steam button to the desired steam output. Ensure there is enough water in the tank.
5. Spray Function: Press the water spray button to moisten laundry.
6. Shot of Steam: Press the shot of steam button for a powerful burst of steam to remove stubborn creases. This can be used during both steam and dry ironing.
7. Vertical Steaming: Set the temperature to maximum and the steam button to maximum. Hold the iron vertically near the fabric and press the shot of steam button.

Maintenance and Cleaning

• Ensure the iron is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled down completely before cleaning.
• Clean the soleplate with a damp cloth. For stubborn residues, use a damp cloth soaked in a vinegar/water solution, then wipe with a dry cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or scratching objects on the soleplate.
• Wipe the outer surface with a damp cloth and dry it.
• Never immerse the iron in water or other liquids.
• Do not put vinegar or chemical calcification removers into the water tank.
• The self-cleaning process should be performed at least once a month.

Self-Cleaning Process

1. Ensure the iron is unplugged and cool.
2. Set the variable steam button to the passive position.
3. Fill the water tank to the MAX level.
4. Place the iron upright on its heel on a flat surface.
5. Set the temperature switch to the maximum position and plug in the iron. Wait for the temperature indicator light to go out.
6. Unplug the iron. Hold the iron with the soleplate facing downwards over a sink or bathtub.
7. Press and hold the self-clean button for a few minutes. Boiled water and steam will exit through the soleplate holes.
8. Move the iron back and forth until all remaining water is discharged.
9. Stand the iron upright and plug it in again to heat up.
10. Clean the soleplate with a clean cloth, let any remaining water evaporate, and unplug the iron.
