Important Safeguards

Always follow these safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to the appliance:

Using Your Tea Machine

Before First Use: Wash the interior of the water heater by boiling water 2-3 times, changing the water each time. Ensure the water reaches the maximum level. Discharge hot water and rinse with cold water.

Filling with Water: Always fill between the minimum (0.5 L) and maximum (2 L) levels. Filling below minimum may cause premature shut-off; filling above maximum may cause overflow.

Preparing Tea: Open the teapot lid, remove the tea filter, add tea, rinse with a little cold water, and place it back in the teapot.

Operation: Turn the main switch to 'I' (ON) and the boiling switch to ' '. The red indicator light will turn on. Water will heat up.

Boiling and Keep-Warm: When water boils, the appliance automatically switches to a high-efficiency keep-warm mode (blue indicator light). The red light will turn off.

Steeping: Pour the hot water into the teapot to steep the tea. Replace the teapot. If necessary, add water to the kettle and restart the boiling switch.

Safety System

The appliance automatically switches to keep-warm mode when water boils.

Operation Protection without Water: If the appliance operates without water, the thermostat will activate, cutting off power and switching off the machine. In this case, unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely.

Cleaning

General Cleaning: Turn off the main switch ('0'), unplug the appliance, and let it cool down before cleaning.

• The glass teapot and tea filter can be washed by hand.
• NEVER immerse other parts in water or wash them in a dishwasher.
• Empty the water heater and wipe its exterior with a dry or damp cloth.
• Do not use harsh or chemical cleaners (e.g., bleach, hydrochloric acid).

Calcification Removal

Over time, lime scale can build up on the heater base, reducing efficiency.

• Slight calcification can be removed with a brush (ensure the appliance is unplugged first).
• For hard calcification, use commercial descalers or white vinegar.
• Using Descaler: Boil water, mix with descaler, boil for 2-3 minutes, empty, and rinse thoroughly.
• Using White Vinegar: Fill the appliance with 0.5 L of white vinegar, let it sit for 1 hour, empty, and rinse thoroughly.
