1.1 Package Contents

1.2 Valve Instruction

The valve features:

• Type C backup power connector
• ON/OFF Reset button
• Power supply connector
• Water sensor connector
• Brass pipe DN15 (Optional DN8-N32)

2.1 Install APP and Add Device

Download and install the Tuya "Smart Life" APP on your Android or iOS smartphone. All operations and settings are managed through the APP.

Steps to add the device:

1. Power on the TY150 WiFi valve. The LED will flash rapidly. Press the 'M' button on the water valve to turn it on and enter WiFi setting mode.
2. Register an account in the APP and log in. Click the '+' icon to add a device.
3. The APP will display "Discovering devices...". Click the "Add" button, select your local WiFi SSID, and input the password to successfully add the device.

2.2 Control the Valve

1. ON-OFF Valve: Press the top "ON-OFF" button to turn the water valve on or off. The work state will display "Closed" or "Opened" upon successful operation.
2. Water Sensor Status: The APP displays the water sensor status. "OPEN" indicates no water detected, while "CLOSE" indicates water detected.
3. Timer Control: When the device is under Timer control, the "Timer control" icon will show "ON".

2.3 Water Leakage Control

1. When "Water leakage alarm" is enabled, notifications will be sent when the water sensor is triggered.
2. Water Leakage Control: When the water sensor is triggered, the valve can be turned on/off. It offers three modes: turn on valve, turn off valve, or timer control. If timer control is selected, the valve will turn on for a duration specified in the last timer control settings.
3. Timer Control: This function allows the valve to be turned on for a set duration.

2.4 Power Lost Valve Status

1. This setting determines the valve's status after a power loss. Options include turning the valve on, turning it off, or maintaining its last status.
2. During a power outage, you can temporarily operate the valve by connecting a backup power source (5V DC input) to the backup power connector and pressing the 'M' button.

2.5 Wireless Sensor Control

1. Pairing Sensors/Remotes: A short beep indicates the device is in pairing mode. A long beep signifies successful pairing. Three beeps indicate a pairing failure, possibly due to the sensor already being paired or the remote control capacity being full. In such cases, delete the existing sensor or detect the remote control first.
2. The device supports pairing up to 5 wireless sensors for alarm and control functions. Wireless sensors must be purchased separately. Wireless sensor control allows for turning the valve on/off and initiating wireless sensor control.
3. It supports pairing 2 remote controls to set wireless sensor alarm on/off, remotely turn the valve on/off, or start valve wireless sensor control.

2.6 Schedule Control

The "Timer" function is used to set schedule control, allowing you to set specific time points for turning the valve on or off according to your preferences.

2.7 Reset Factory Settings

Resetting the factory settings will remove the device from all registered APP accounts. You will need to set up WiFi and add the device again after the reset. To reset, press and hold the 'M' button for 10 seconds.
