XPOtool 65020 Wall-Mounted Folding Workbench Assembly

Step 1:

Attach component B (M6x10 screws, 8x) and component C (M6 nuts, 8x) to connect the side supports (2, 3) to the lower support bar (5).

Step 2:

Attach the pegboard (4) to the side supports (2, 3) using component B (M6x10 screws, 10x) and component C (M6 nuts, 10x).

Step 3:

Attach the top shelf (1) to the side supports (2, 3) using component B (M6x10 screws, 8x) and component C (M6 nuts, 8x).

Step 4:

Attach the side panels (8) to the folding mechanism support (9) using component B (M6x10 screws, 10x) and component C (M6 nuts, 10x).

Step 5:

Attach the main frame (7) using component H (M6x10 screws, 8x) and component A (M6 nuts, 8x).

Step 6:

Secure the structure using component G (M5x10 screws, 7x).

Step 7:

Mount the workbench to the wall. Use component F (M5 washers, 8x) with the provided set (M4x30 screws, 8x). The installation height (A) should be 925 mm ±10 mm from the bottom edge to the floor.

Wall Mounting Note: Ensure the wall is suitable for the weight and securely fasten the workbench.

Step 8:

Attach the folding table top (7) using component D (M4x12 screws, 12x) and component E (M4 nuts, 12x). Adjust the feet (11) to ensure the workbench is level.

Step 9:

Press the latch (1) to lock the workbench in its position.

Step 10:

When opening the workbench, ensure the brackets (1) are properly engaged.
