New Features
HTML5-Based Software
The Schneider Easy UPS Online Monitoring Software is now available in HTML5. Previous versions were Adobe Flash Player-based, which is no longer supported by Adobe.
Allow Multicast
Support added for the Allow Multicast feature which searches for SNMP devices on the wireless network (WLAN). This feature is enabled by default. When disabled, the software can only search for SNMP card devices in the added subnet segment.
Fixed Issues
Issue 1
When the SNMP protocol is changed to SNMPv3 in the SNMP Manager screen, the “Communication interrupted”, “Communication lost”, and “Communication established” events are no longer logged and the UPS no longer disconnects from the UI.
Issue 2
When a self-test is scheduled for all listed UPS devices, the self-test is not performed for all devices despite "Battery self-test is going to start” being logged to the Event Log.
Issue 3
The user interface (UI) is not available in Ukrainian. If Ukrainian is selected from the Language tab, the UI will appear in English.
Issue 4
UPS alarms do not work as expected for configured events.
Known Issues
Issue 1
The Default button in the Parameter Settings screen does not work as expected.
Issue 2
The "Battery disconnected” event is not corrected logged in the Events Action screen and the Messages window. NOTE: This issue is only seen with SNMP.
Issue 3
SRV10KUXI, SRV15KUXI, and SRV20KUXI UPS devices do not enter bypass mode when the output power is off when Bypass when UPS is off is enabled in the Parameter Settings screen. Workaround: Power off the UPS device before enabling Bypass when UPS is off.
The Battery current for SRV10KUXI, SRV15KUXI, SRV20KUXI, 1KRIL, 2KUXI, and 3KRIL UPS devices is incorrectly displayed as 0.0 Amps in the Status Diagram screen.
Issue 4
After a successful self test, the "Battery self test passed" event is not logged to the Event Log. This issue affects SRV10KUXI, SRV15KUXI, and SRV20KUXI UPS devices.
Issue 5
The scroll bar does not appear on some dialog popups and screens. Workaround: use the arrow keys (↑, ↓) on your keyboard. NOTE: The scroll bar does appear in Google Chrome, but it does not work as expected.
