Assembly Steps

Step 1: Attach CRx1 to Panel G

Attach two CRx1 components to panel G using Alx3 screws. Use Alx6 screws and CRx2 fittings for the final assembly.

Step 2: Attach CLx1 to Panel D

Attach two CLx1 components to panel D using Alx3 screws. Use Alx6 screws and CLx2 fittings for the final assembly.

Step 3: Assemble Side Panels

Attach ABx4 panels to the side panels using ADx6 fittings. Ensure correct orientation.

Step 4: Attach ACx4

Attach ACx4 fittings to the structure.

Step 5: Insert ADx6 and ABx4

Insert ADx6 and ABx4 components into the designated slots.

Step 6: Secure with ACx4

Secure the structure using ACx4 fittings.

Step 7: Attach ABx4 and ADx6

Attach ABx4 panels and ADx6 fittings to the main structure.

Step 8: Continue Panel Assembly

Continue assembling the panels using ACx4 fittings.

Step 9: Finalize Structure with ABx4 and ADx6

Complete the main structure using ABx4 and ADx6 fittings.

Step 10: Add ACx4

Add ACx4 fittings to the assembly.

Step 11: Attach ABx6 and ADx6

Attach ABx6 and ADx6 fittings to the structure.

Step 12: Secure with ACx6

Secure the assembly with ACx6 fittings.

Step 13: Use AFx32 Screws

Secure the components using AFx32 screws.

Step 14: Attach CRx1 to Panel E

Attach two CRx1 components to panel E using Alx3 screws. Use Alx6 screws and CRx2 fittings for the final assembly.

Step 15: Attach CLx1 to Panel C

Attach two CLx1 components to panel C using Alx3 screws. Use Alx6 screws and CLx2 fittings for the final assembly.

Step 16: Assemble with ABx4 and ADx6

Assemble the structure using ABx4 panels and ADx6 fittings. Ensure correct placement of panels Y, Z, and M.

Step 17: Secure with ACx4

Secure the assembly with ACx4 fittings.

Step 18: Finalize with ABx4 and ADx6

Complete the assembly using ABx4 panels and ADx6 fittings.

Step 19: Add ACx4

Add ACx4 fittings to the structure.

Step 20: Attach ADx2

Attach ADx2 fittings to the assembly.

Step 21: Continue Assembly

Continue with the assembly as per the diagram.

Step 22: Attach ABx6 and ADx6

Attach ABx6 and ADx6 fittings to the structure.

Step 23: Secure with ACx6

Secure the assembly with ACx6 fittings.

Step 24: Use AFx26 Screws

Secure the components using AFx26 screws.

Step 25: Assemble Drawer Units

Assemble the drawer units as shown. Ensure 90° angles and use two people (x2) if needed.

Step 26: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to the assembled units. Ensure 90° angles and use two people (x2) if needed.

Step 27: Connect Drawer Units

Connect the drawer units using ABx3 and ADx3 fittings.

Step 28: Final Assembly

Complete the final assembly using ACx3 fittings.

Step 29: Assemble Drawer Boxes

Assemble drawer boxes using ABx16 and ABx8 screws for panel O and panel P.

Step 30: Assemble Drawer Frames

Assemble drawer frames using ACx32 and ACx8 fittings.

Step 31: Attach Drawer Runners

Attach drawer runners using AEx4, AGx4, AEx1, and AGx1 fittings. Note the dimensions 18.8mm / 0.7in.

Step 32: Secure Drawer Sides

Secure drawer sides using AFx12/AFx24 for drawer K and AFx10/AFx20 for drawer Q.

Step 33: Attach Drawer Slides DLx4

Attach drawer slides DLx4 using Alx12 and Alx3 screws.

Step 34: Attach Drawer Slides DRx4

Attach drawer slides DRx4 using Alx12 and Alx3 screws.

Step 35: Drawer Dimensions

Drawer dimensions: 350x13.8mm (Px2) and 472.5x18.6mm (Qx2).

Step 36: Attach Hinges

Attach hinges to panels R and N using AHx4, AJx4, AHx2, and AJx8 fittings.

Step 37: Install Doors

Install doors using AJx8 and AJx4 fittings. Ensure correct alignment.
