General Terms and Conditions

Promotional programs are valid for purchases made offline at vivo stores and online via official e-commerce partners of vivo Indonesia, with varying promo periods depending on the specific program.

vivo Indonesia, its affiliates, and partners reserve the right to change, add, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

vivo Indonesia, its affiliates, and designated third parties may use, publish, or display customer data in connection with this program. For details on how personal data is handled, please visit vivo Indonesia's Privacy Policy.

By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent changes.

Direct Gifts

Every purchase of the vivo X200 Series during the period of January 9 – January 20, 2025, will receive a free vivo TWS 3e.

Gifts are subject to availability at each store. Purchasers cannot exchange gifts for cash.

vivo reserves the right to substitute gift types at its discretion.

Offline Promotion: Operator Programs

A. Soft-Bundling XL Postpaid

vivo X200 and X200 Pro offer postpaid programs with myPRIO Platinum for 6 and 12 months. This program is valid for purchases made between January 9 – January 31, 2025. Full bundling payment is required. Bundling prices for myPrio Deal Platinum 6 and 12 months include VAT.

The total monthly quota is 120GB, distributed as follows:

B. Prepaid E-sim

vivo X200 and X200 Pro offer a free E-sim program with up to 90GB of internet data for 6 months. Customers can claim the E-sim via the official XL Axiata website.

This offer is valid for X200 and X200 Pro purchases made between January 9 – January 31, 2025. Bundling is subject to availability.

Existing XL (Usim) customers wishing to migrate to a postpaid program can activate at partner stores. E-sim customers must visit an XL Center.

Banking Programs

Cashback Bank

Program Cashback Bank offers up to Rp1,800,000 for vivo X200 and X200 Pro purchases from January 9 – January 16, 2025. This program is valid for purchases at selected stores in cooperation with partner banks and vivo. Cashback is limited by available quota and bank policies. For more details on quota availability, please check with the nearest offline store.

E. Blibli Instore Program

The Blibli Instore promotion runs from January 9 – January 20, 2024. Get up to Rp1,800,000 Blibli In-Store Cashback, applicable to all payment systems (Debit Online, Credit Card, and Installment without credit card). Quotas are limited. If a promo code no longer applies a discount, the quota is exhausted. Promos cannot be combined with other vouchers or ongoing promotions on the Blibli Instore site/app. Promos are non-refundable and valid only at participating stores.

Trade-In Program

The Trade-In Program allows customers to purchase a new vivo X200 Series smartphone by trading in their old smartphone and paying the price difference, subject to specific terms and conditions.

This program is a collaboration between vivo and Laku6 and ENB. The Trade-in Program for X200 Series runs from January 9 – January 20, 2024.

Merchant lists are available in the Vtradein and Trade in Plus applications. Eligibility is limited to specific smartphones listed in these applications.

Participants must be Indonesian citizens (WNI) or foreign nationals (WNA) with valid identification (KTP, SIM, Passport, KITAS, or KITAP). This ID will be photocopied or printed during the pick-up period.

vivo and its partners reserve the right to reject trade-in transactions if the IMEI of the used device is not registered in the Indonesian government database.

To participate, customers must:

  1. Select the vivo X200 series as the new phone for trade-in.
  2. Have their old smartphone assessed for software, hardware, and completeness to determine its resale value.
  3. Pay the full price for the vivo X200 series, accounting for the trade-in value of the old phone.

Trade-In Partner Terms and Conditions

a) Laku6

  1. Download the VTradein application from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS).
  2. Complete the diagnostic test within the application to receive a final price for your old smartphone. This assessment is final and cannot be disputed.
  3. Continue the diagnostic test to the finalization stage to obtain a voucher/unique code or barcode.
  4. The obtained code must be saved until the pick-up period.
  5. Bring the old smartphone to a vivo Store and present the code for exchange.
  6. It is recommended to back up data from the old smartphone before trade-in. All data will be erased and the device factory reset after the transaction. vivo Store is not responsible for any data loss after the factory reset.

b) ENB / Trade in Plus

  1. Download the Trade In Plus application from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and visit a nearby Erafone Store.
  2. Complete the diagnostic test within the application to receive a final price for your old smartphone. This assessment is final and cannot be disputed.
  3. Continue the diagnostic test to the finalization stage to obtain a voucher/unique code or barcode.
  4. The obtained code must be saved until the pick-up period.
  5. Bring the old smartphone to a vivo Store and present the code for exchange.
  6. It is recommended to back up data from the old smartphone before trade-in. All data will be erased and the device factory reset after the transaction. vivo Store is not responsible for any data loss after the factory reset.
  7. Customers can purchase vivo smartphones using cash, debit, or credit card. For credit card payments, the cardholder's name must match the name on the identification document. If names differ, a letter of authorization from the cardholder, along with their valid ID and a Rp10,000 stamp duty, is required.

vivo reserves the right to set the trade-in price for old smartphones. No refunds will be issued if the trade-in value of the old smartphone exceeds the price of the new one.

This program cannot be combined with other store promotions. Transaction cancellations are not permitted for any reason. vivo reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests, with its decisions being final.

The Organizer may change these terms and conditions without prior notice. vivo may cancel transactions if the trade-in smartphone does not match the description or meet the requirements.

PT vivo Mobile Indonesia collaborates with PT Laku6 Indonesia and PT ENB for this Trade-In Program. Laku6 and ENB are not responsible for data loss after factory reset, SIM card issues, or any claims related to stored data (personal data, SMS, photos, music, videos, etc.).

By participating, customers consent to Laku6, ENB, their affiliates, and designated third parties collecting, processing, and disclosing their data for this program.

Insurance Program: vivo CARE

vivo CARE, supported by BCA Insurance, offers comprehensive protection against accidental damage or loss of your vivo smartphone due to unforeseen events. The coverage includes:

  • Unforeseen Damage
  • Liquid Damage
  • Fire Damage
  • Burglary and Robbery

vivo CARE is fully supported by PT. Asuransi Umum BCA (BCA Insurance). It can be activated after purchasing the vivo X200 or X200 Pro and unboxing the smartphone. This program is exclusively for purchases made at official vivo stores.

1) Terms of Protection by BCA Insurance

  • This program is valid only at official vivo Stores.
  • 6 Months of protection is provided from January 17 – January 20, 2025. The vivo CARE protection period lasts for 6 months from the date the smartphone is received by the customer.
  • Participating stores for BCA Insurance can be found at vivo.com/id/where-to-buy.
  • vivo CARE protection types include:
    • Device repair (repairment) or replacement.
    • Claims can be made once per coverage period for repairment or replacement, up to the maximum limit stated in the Policy Summary.
    • vivo CARE coverage ends upon claim approval or the end of the coverage period, whichever comes first.

2) Conditions for vivo CARE Coverage Object

  • Smartphones must be brand new, as per the purchase transaction date (as stated on the invoice).
  • Smartphones must be original vivo products, conforming to manufacturer standards, and unmodified.
  • Smartphones must not be refurbished products or from the grey market.
  • Smartphone purchases must be made at stores/merchants/e-commerce platforms verifiable within Indonesia (store name, address, phone number clearly stated on the purchase invoice).
  • vivo CARE does not guarantee any smartphone spare parts.

3) General Terms for vivo CARE supported by BCA Insurance

  • The policy is valid only within Indonesia.
  • The claimant and recipient of the claim payment is the policyholder named in the policy.
  • All terms and conditions related to the product will refer to the Policy wording.
  • Any costs incurred to obtain documents or claim proof are the responsibility of the insured.

4) vivo CARE Exclusions supported by BCA Insurance

vivo CARE is not responsible for loss or damage caused by, but not limited to:

  • Incidents covered by the smartphone's manufacturer warranty.
  • Design, material, or manufacturing defects.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to accessories like screen protectors or phone cases, or any attachments that do not impair the primary function of the device.
  • Leakage, weight loss, shrinkage, evaporation, contamination, pests, rust, mold, or gradual deterioration.
  • Mechanical or electrical failures or malfunctions.
  • Cleaning, drying, repair, renovation, bleaching, dyeing, refilling, or servicing processes.
  • Loss of usability of a smartphone or any consequential loss from data loss.
  • Confiscation, seizure, or confiscation by customs or other authorities.
  • Travel by air, sea, mail, rail, or vehicle, unless the insured smartphone is carried by you at all times and not placed in checked luggage.
  • Lost or stolen smartphones due to unexplained circumstances.

VIVO CARE+

a. 1 Year Extended Warranty

The standard vivo warranty is active from the first purchase. You can find information on activating your standard warranty at vivo.com/id/support/questionByTitle?title=Garansi.

vivo Care for Extra Warranty (extended warranty) of +12 months is provided for purchases of the X200 & X200 Pro made between January 9 – February 8, 2025. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and their future modifications.

b. 1 Year Screen Protection Warranty

The standard vivo warranty is active from the first purchase. You can find information on activating your standard warranty at vivo.com/id/support/questionByTitle?title=Garansi.

vivo Care for Screen Protection Warranty (cracked screen warranty) for 12 months is provided for purchases of the X200 & X200 Pro made between January 9 – February 8, 2025. Screen Protection Warranty is valid for one LCD replacement due to cracked/broken screen damage during the warranty period. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and their future modifications.

X CLUB PREVILEGES

a. Free Labor Fee

No labor fees are charged. Repair costs are based on the price of replacement spare parts.

b. Free Send-in Repair Service

Customers must place an order through the official vivo website or vivo Store application to utilize the Free Send-in Repair Service.

c. Priority Service

Priority Service is available at select vivo Service Centers.

Online Promotion

A. Exclusive Gifts

  1. Customers purchasing the vivo X200 at vivo Official & Online Stores between January 9–16, 2025, are eligible for the following benefits:
    • Free vivo TWS 3e worth Rp499,000.
    • Free E-Voucher M-Tix worth Rp250,000.
    • 12 months of screen protection + 24 months of extended official warranty worth Rp2,700,000.
  2. Customers purchasing the vivo X200 Pro at vivo Official Online Stores between January 9–16, 2025, are eligible for the following benefits:
    • Free vivo TWS 3e worth Rp499,000.
    • Free E-Voucher M-Tix worth Rp400,000.
    • 12 months of screen protection + 24 months of extended official warranty worth Rp4,000,000.
  3. The gifted TWS 3e will be shipped together with the ordered vivo X200 series unit to the address provided at the time of purchase. The promo quota for TWS 3e gifts is limited.
  4. E-Voucher M-Tix will be delivered via the platform's chat feature after the order status is completed and the customer claims it through vivo Indonesia customer service. Vouchers are limited to the first 200 buyers with completed orders (100 for X200 and 100 for X200 Pro).
  5. Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

B. Best Shoot & Review Competition

  1. Every customer purchasing an X200 series during the campaign period is eligible to enter the competition and win a digital Traveloka voucher worth up to Rp3,000,000 from vivo Official Store.
  2. The competition takes place on Shopee, Blibli, Tiktok, Lazada, and E-stores.
  3. The competition runs from January 9, 2025, 00:00 WIB until February 28, 2025, 23:59 WIB.
  4. Customers must provide a 5-star review and upload a video/photo themed "Indonesian Nature" showcasing Indonesia's natural beauty. The submitted video or photo must comply with the following terms:
    • Customers must use the vivo X200 series to capture the image or video.
    • Customers must include the X200 series logo in their submission. Submissions without the X200 series logo will be disqualified from the competition.
    • Submissions must not contain pornography, SARA (ethnicity, religion, race, inter-group relations), sadism, hate speech, defamation, or content that is demeaning or harassing to others, or that violates laws and regulations.
    • Submissions must be original, self-created, and not previously published or exhibited, nor have they participated in other competitions. Submitted materials must not infringe on any copyrights or intellectual property rights.
    • Submissions must not feature cellular phones or accessories and phone peripherals other than the vivo brand.
    • In case of any violation discovered later, the customer will bear all resulting losses. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify customers or revoke winning titles. If a customer has received a prize, they must return it in full.
    • Customers understand and agree that their submissions will become the property of PT vivo Mobile Indonesia, and PT vivo Mobile Indonesia and its affiliates have the full right to use the submissions in any manner without prior notification or consent.
  5. Organizers or vivo teams will evaluate and select the best video/photo submissions and will contact winners within a maximum of 2 weeks via the platform after the competition period ends.
  6. If a winner cannot be contacted within one week, their win will be forfeited, and the organizer or vivo team reserves the right to select a new winner.
  7. Competition winners will receive Traveloka digital vouchers: Rp2,000,000 each for 2 X200 users, and Rp3,000,000 each for 2 X200 Pro users.
  8. Traveloka digital voucher codes will be sent directly by the organizer or customer service team to the winners after the campaign period ends.
  9. Prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
  10. vivo Official Store reserves the right to take necessary actions, such as canceling the competition if fraudulent transactions are detected, and to change, add, or modify these terms and conditions without notice.
  11. By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and their future modifications.

C. Live Streaming Gifts

  1. Customers are eligible for an additional Vivan Car Holder for purchases of the X200 series during live streaming. Gifts are limited to the first 150 buyers. This promotion runs on vivo's official platform stores conducting live streaming activities.
  2. The promo period is from January 9, 2025, 00:00 WIB to February 8, 2025, 23:59 WIB.
  3. Customers are eligible for an additional Vivan Car Holder for X200 series purchases during live streaming. Gifts are subject to stock availability.
  4. Payment must be completed before the live streaming session ends. Payments made outside the live streaming session will not receive the additional gift.
  5. Customers must add the note "Saya membeli X200 series di Live Streaming" before checkout. If this note is not included, the additional gift will not be provided, even if the purchase was made during live streaming.
  6. Gifts will be shipped directly to the customer along with the X200 series product to the provided address.
  7. Gifts cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
  8. vivo Official Store reserves the right to take necessary actions, such as canceling benefits if transactions violate the applicable terms and conditions, and to change, add, or modify these terms and conditions without notice.
  9. By participating in this program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and their future modifications.

D. Extra E-store Gifts

  1. Customers purchasing the vivo X200 series on the E-store will receive an additional E-Voucher M-Tix worth Rp100,000.
  2. This extra gift period is valid only during the Pre-Order phase, from January 9 – 16, 2025.
  3. E-Voucher M-Tix is limited to the first 5 fastest buyers for each series (X200 and X200 Pro). If stock runs out, no additional stock will be provided.
  4. E-Voucher M-Tix will be delivered via the platform's chat feature after the order status is completed and the customer claims it through vivo Indonesia customer service.

E. Financial/Bank Promotions

  1. Customers can enjoy 0% SPayLater for 6 months on Shopee and 0% Indodana PayLater for up to 6 months on the E-Store. Quotas are limited and valid until January 31, 2025.
  2. Customers can receive Shopee Coins Cashback of Rp500,000 for X200 series purchases on Shopee. Quotas are limited and valid until January 31, 2025.
  3. Customers can receive Bank Cashback up to Rp1,000,000 by using a Mandiri credit card for vivo X200 series purchases on Shopee. Quotas are limited and valid until January 31, 2025.

F. Free Gadget Protection Tokopedia

Customers purchasing the X200 series at the vivo Official Store Tokopedia are eligible for free gadget protection, with limited quotas (one claim per account). This program allows buyers to claim compensation from Tokopedia equivalent to the Handphone's price under the following conditions:

  • Accidental damage (damage to the item due to an unintentional incident such as a fall, bump, or being thrown).
  • Damage caused by or involving liquid (damage from exposure to or ingress of liquid into the item due to an unintentional incident).

G. Trade-In Blibli

  1. Customers can trade in their old phone for an X200 series according to Blibli's terms:
    • Buyers can trade in their old product for 1 (one) new product unit from Blibli.
    • Blibli will survey the old product and determine its price according to Blibli's terms.
    • The price offered by Blibli can be used by the buyer as a discount on the new product purchase on the payment (checkout) page.
    • Buyers understand and guarantee to Blibli the authenticity of the old product and are responsible for its condition and any data that may remain on it at the time of the trade-in.
    • The new product will be delivered along with the pickup of the old product by Blibli's courier at the delivery address.
    • Trade-in is only available within the coverage areas listed on www.blibli.com.
  2. The trade-in process is as follows:
    • Click 'trade in' from the Product Detail Page (PDP).
    • Customers will answer survey questions about the condition of their old phone to determine the final unit price.
    • Customers will pay the final price (price of the new phone minus the price of the old phone).
    • Await confirmation from the courier for the delivery of the new phone and pickup of the old phone simultaneously.
