General Terms and Conditions

  1. Specifications for the vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro smartphones can be found in the product description or on the official vivo Indonesia website: www.vivo.com/id
  2. Promotional programs are valid for offline purchases at the nearest vivo store and online at official vivo Indonesia e-commerce partners, with different promo periods depending on the program. Program benefits are subject to availability.
  3. vivo Indonesia, its affiliates, and partners reserve the right to change, add, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to users.
  4. vivo Indonesia, its affiliates, and appointed third parties also reserve the right to use, publish, or display customer data in connection with this program. You can access https://www.vivo.com/id/index/privacyPolicy to understand how personal data is handled.
  5. By participating in this program, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any changes made from time to time.

Direct Gifts

  1. Every purchase of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro will receive a vivo TWS 3e as a gift, while stocks last.
  2. Gifts depend on the availability at each store. Buyers cannot exchange gifts or request cash equivalents.
  3. vivo reserves the right to substitute gift types at its discretion.

Offline Promotion

1) Operator Program (XL)

A. Postpaid MyPrio Platinum

  1. vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro offer 6-month and 12-month post-paid myPrio Platinum programs.
  2. For the 6-month myPrio Platinum, consumers only need to pay Rp300,000, and for the 12-month myPrio Platinum, customers only need to pay Rp600,000 (price includes 11% VAT).
  3. The program is valid only for purchases of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro made between June 12 - July 11, 2024.
  4. Consumers are required to pay for the bundling in full.
  5. The bundling program is only available at stores collaborating with XL Prioritas and while stocks last.
  6. Existing XL users (USIM) wishing to migrate to a post-paid program can activate it at XL partner stores. E-SIM users must visit the nearest XL Center.

B. Prepaid E-SIM

  1. The vivo X100 Pro offers a free E-SIM program with up to 100GB of free internet quota for 1 year.
  2. vivo X100 Pro consumers can claim the E-SIM via the official XL Axiata website.
  3. This offer is for X100 Pro purchases made between June 12 - July 11, 2024.
  4. The bundling program is available while stocks last.
  5. Existing XL users (USIM) wishing to migrate to a post-paid program can activate it at XL partner stores. E-SIM users must visit the nearest XL Center.

2) Banking Program

A. Banking Cashback Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Bank Cashback Program offers up to Rp2,000,000 for purchases of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro during the period of June 12 - June 25, 2024 (14 days).
  2. The Bank cashback program is valid for purchases at selected stores.
  3. This program is valid at stores that collaborate with the Bank and vivo.
  4. The Bank cashback program is available while stocks last (limited bank quota).
  5. For more information, please check the quota at each nearest offline store.

3) Omnichannel Program

A. Blibli Instore Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. The Blibli Instore promo period is from June 12 - July 31, 2024.
  2. Blibli In-Store Cashback up to Rp2,000,000. Valid for all payment systems at Blibli In-Store (Online Debit, Credit Card, and Installments without a credit card).
  3. Quota is limited. If the promo code no longer applies a discount, it means the quota is no longer available.
  4. Promotions cannot be combined with vouchers and other ongoing promotions on the Blibli Instore website/application.
  5. Promotions are non-refundable (cannot be exchanged for cash or returned).
  6. This promotion is only valid at specific participating stores.

4) Financing Program

A. Kredivo Program Terms and Conditions:

  1. Installment programs with Kredivo are valid for the Double 0% Installment promo for a 12-month tenor.
  2. The program is valid for new consumers and members.
  3. This program is valid at all stores that collaborate with vivo and Kredivo.
  4. The program is valid only for purchases of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro during the period of June 12 - July 31, 2024.
  5. Kredivo installment programs with the Double 0% Installment promo for a 6-month tenor are valid for purchases of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro with the following terms:
    1. An admin fee of 12% of the handset price, payable at 1% per month for 12 months,
    2. 0% Down Payment for members and new consumers (subject to sufficient consumer credit limit),
    3. The program is valid for installments with a 6-month tenor,
    4. Interest Rate starting from 0%.
    5. Installment application documents, including KTP and 1 supporting document (Family Card, Tax ID Number, Driver's License, etc.).

5) Trade-In Program

A. General Terms and Conditions for Trade-In Program:

  1. The vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro Trade-In Program ("Program") allows Consumers to purchase a new vivo X100, X100 Pro, or X Fold3 Pro smartphone by trading in their old smartphone and paying the price difference for the new vivo smartphone, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in these Trade-In Program Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").
  2. This program is a collaboration between vivo and Laku6 and ENB, hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
  3. The program runs from June 12 - July 11, 2024, for vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro ("Program Period") at participating stores/merchants. A list of participating stores/merchants can be found in the Vtradein and Trade in Plus applications.
  4. Only specific smartphones are eligible for this program. A list of eligible smartphones can be found in the Vtradein (Laku6) and Trade in Plus (ENB) applications.
  5. Consumers eligible to participate in this program are Indonesian citizens (WNI) or foreign nationals (WNA) who can present proof of identity such as: KTP, SIM, passport, KITAS, or KITAP. This proof of identity will be provided during the pick-up period in the form of a photocopy or printout.
  6. vivo and its collaborating parties reserve the right to reject a Trade-In transaction if the IMEI of the used electronic device is not registered in the Republic of Indonesia's government database.
  7. Consumers participating in this program must follow the following mechanism:
    1. Stores collaborating with Laku6 Vtradein (excluding Erafone);
      1. Download the Vtradein application (“Application”) from the Google Play Store for Android smartphones or the App Store for iOS smartphones.
      2. Consumers are required to follow the diagnostic test steps in the application until they receive a final price for their old smartphone. The decision based on the assessment results is final and cannot be disputed.
      3. Continue the diagnostic test process until the finalization stage, where a voucher/unique code or barcode will be generated.
      4. The code obtained by the Consumer will be displayed within the application and must be kept until the pick-up period.
      5. Consumers should visit a vivo Store with their old smartphone to be traded in and present the obtained code.
      6. Consumers are advised to back up their data before trading in their old smartphone. All data on the smartphone will be erased and factory reset after the Trade-In transaction is completed.
      7. The vivo Store ("vivo") is not responsible for any data loss occurring after the factory reset process.
    2. Stores collaborating with EnB Trade In Plus;
      1. Download the Trade In Plus application (“Application”) from the Google Play Store for Android smartphones or the App Store for iOS smartphones and visit the nearest Erafone Store.
      2. Consumers are required to follow the diagnostic test steps in the application until they receive a final price for their old smartphone. The decision based on the assessment results is final and cannot be disputed.
      3. Continue the diagnostic test process until the finalization stage, where a voucher/unique code or barcode will be generated.
      4. The code obtained by the Consumer will be displayed within the application and must be kept until the pick-up period.
      5. Consumers should visit a vivo Store with their old smartphone to be traded in and present the obtained code.
      6. Consumers are advised to back up their data before trading in their old smartphone. All data on the smartphone will be erased and factory reset after the Trade-In transaction is completed.
      7. The vivo Store ("vivo") is not responsible for any data loss occurring after the factory reset process.
  8. Consumers can purchase vivo smartphone units under this program using:
    1. Cash; or
    2. Debit; or
    3. Credit card. The credit cardholder's name must match the name on the Consumer's identity card (KTP/Passport/KITAS). If there is a discrepancy in the name between the credit card and the identity card, a power of attorney letter from the credit cardholder must be provided to the Consumer, along with a valid identity document of the credit cardholder and a Rp10,000 stamp duty.
  9. No refunds will be issued by the store in any form if the trade-in smartphone's value is higher than the new smartphone's price.
  10. This program cannot be combined with other store programs/promotions.
  11. Consumers cannot cancel transactions made under this program for any reason.
  12. vivo reserves the right to reject cancellation requests for completed purchase transactions under this Program. vivo's decision is final, absolute, and not subject to dispute.
  13. The Organizer may change the rules and conditions of this program at any time without prior notice to Consumers. Therefore, Consumers are advised to periodically review the Terms and Conditions provided by the Organizer.
  14. vivo reserves the right to cancel transactions if the provided old smartphone does not match the details registered during the Trade-In process and/or does not meet the required conditions.
  15. PT. vivo Mobile Indonesia collaborates with PT. Laku6 Indonesia and PT. ENB (hereinafter referred to as Laku6 and ENB) to conduct this Trade-In Program. Laku6 and ENB are not responsible for data loss occurring after the factory reset process, SIM Card, or any claims related to data stored on the Consumer's smartphone, such as personal data, SMS, photos, music, videos, and other data.
  16. By participating in this program, Consumers have provided consent and authorization to Laku6, ENB, their affiliates, and third parties appointed by Laku6 and ENB to collect, process, and/or disclose Consumer Data submitted within this program.

Insurance Program

a. Full Protection Service vivo Care supported by BCA Insurance:

  1. vivo CARE: Comprehensive protection providing coverage for damage or loss of your vivo smartphone caused by unexpected events. The 5 types of protection provided by BCA Insurance are:
    1. a) Accidental damage,
    2. b) Liquid damage,
    3. c) Fire damage,
    4. d) Burglary, and
    5. e) Robbery.
  2. The vivo CARE service is fully supported by insurance products from PT. Asuransi Umum BCA (BCA Insurance). The vivo CARE service can be activated after purchasing a vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro, or after unboxing the smartphone. This program is only valid for purchases made at official vivo stores.
    1. a) 6-Month protection is provided from June 12 - June 24, 2024, and the vivo CARE protection period is valid for 6 months from the date the smartphone is received by the Consumer.
    2. b) The types of vivo CARE protection are as follows:
      1. 1) Device repair (repairment) or device replacement (replacement).
      2. 2) Claims can be made once (1) during the vivo CARE coverage period for repairment or replacement claims, with a maximum coverage amount according to the limit stated in the Policy Summary.
      3. 3) vivo CARE coverage will end upon the issuance of a claim approval decision or on the final coverage period date, whichever comes first.

VIVO CARE+

A. 1-Year Screen Protection Warranty and Free 24-Month Extended Warranty VIVO CARE+

General Terms:

  1. The standard vivo warranty becomes active from the first purchase. You can access https://www.vivo.com/id/support/questionByTitle?title=Garansi to learn how to activate your standard warranty.
  2. vivo Care+ for Screen Protection Warranty provides one (1) screen replacement within one year. For damaged LCDs, there is one (1) repair period during the warranty period after purchasing the X100 Series, valid for purchases made between June 12 – July 12, 2024. For the X Fold3 Pro, this coverage extends throughout its product life cycle.
  3. vivo Care+ for Extra Warranty (extended warranty) for a total of 24 months is available only for the X100 and X100 Pro, provided the purchase is made between June 12 – July 12, 2024.
  4. By participating in this program, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any changes made from time to time.

IMEI Activation Mechanism:

  1. Purchases and IMEI activations before July 12, 2024, 24:00, will receive a 24-month phone warranty extension.
  2. IMEI activation will affect the activation of the Extra Warranty (extended warranty) for a total of 24 months. Extra Warranty activation will occur within a maximum of 3x24 hours after the IMEI is activated.

X-CLUB PRIVILEGES

A. International Warranty

  1. International warranty service is supported in designated countries. Paid repairs may be provided for phones that do not meet warranty policies. The actual repair cost depends on the country where the service is provided.
  2. Only applicable to hardware and software repairs. It does not cover returns, replacements, or other benefits such as cracked screen protection, warranty extensions, and membership rights.
  3. The warranty period is determined based on the place of purchase.
  4. Due to national policies, this service does not support motherboard replacement.

B. VIP Exclusive Service (VIP Hotline, VIP Lane, Priority Service)

  1. VIP Lane and Priority Service are available at select vivo Service Centers.

C. Free Service Fee

  1. No service fees are charged. Repair costs are based on the price of the replacement spare parts.

D. Free Send-in Repair Service

  1. Users must book through the official vivo website or the vivo.com application to avail the Free Send-in Repair Service.

Online Promotion

A. Exclusive Gift

  1. Customers can pre-order the vivo X100 at the vivo Official Store Shopee during the period of June 12 – June 20, 2024, and are entitled to the following benefits:
    1. a) TWS 3e
    2. b) UEFA Tote Bag (for the first 15 buyers)
    3. c) M-Tix Voucher worth Rp200,000
    4. d) 12 months of free screen protection + 12 months of extended official warranty service
  2. Customers can pre-order the vivo X100 Pro at the vivo Official Store Tokopedia during the period of June 12 – June 20, 2024, and are entitled to the following benefits:
    1. a) TWS 3e
    2. b) UEFA Backpack (for the first 25 buyers)
    3. c) 12 months of free screen protection + 12 months of extended official warranty service
  3. Customers can pre-order the vivo X Fold3 Pro at the vivo Official Store Blibli during the period of June 12 – June 20, 2024, and are entitled to the following benefits:
    1. a) TWS 3e
    2. b) UEFA Football (for the first 7 buyers)
    3. c) 12 months of free screen protection
  4. The TWS 3e product will be shipped together with the ordered vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro units, directly to the address selected at the time of purchase.
  5. UEFA merchandise will be shipped separately from the ordered vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro units, directly to the selected address, subject to availability. Merchandise will be shipped no later than July 1, 2024.
  6. The M-Tix E-Voucher will be delivered via the chat platform feature after the order status is completed and the Customer claims it through vivo Indonesia customer service.
  7. Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

B. E-Store Extra Gift

  1. Customers purchasing vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro from the E-store will receive an additional M-tix E-Voucher worth Rp100,000.
  2. The extra gift period is valid only during the Pre-Order period, from June 12 – June 20, 2024.
  3. The number of M-tix E-Vouchers is limited to the first 3 fastest buyers for each smartphone model. If stock runs out, no additional vouchers will be provided.

C. Financial/Bank Promotion

  1. Customers are eligible for 0% Spay Later for 6 months when purchasing the vivo X100 on Shopee & E-Store. Quota is limited and valid only until June 30, 2024.
  2. Customers are eligible for Shopee Coins Cashback of 5% up to Rp150,000 when using any payment scheme for vivo X100 purchases on Shopee. Cashback quota is limited and valid only until June 30, 2024.
  3. Customers are eligible for Cashback up to Rp300,000 when paying with BNI, Digibank, and Mandiri credit cards for vivo X100 purchases on Shopee. Cashback quota is limited and valid only until June 30, 2024.
  4. Customers are eligible for 0% credit card installments with BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BRI, HSBC, Jenius, UOB, CIMB, OCBC, Danamon, Mega, MNC, Maybank, Mayapada, DBS, KB Bukopin, Panin, Permata, Sinarmas for 3, 6, and 12-month tenors when purchasing the vivo X100 Pro on Tokopedia. D. Hard-Bundling XL Postpaid. Terms and Conditions:

  1. vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro offer the myPrio Deal Platinum 6-month and myPrio Deal Platinum 12-month XL priority post-paid programs.
  2. The program is valid only for purchases of vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X Fold3 Pro during the period of June 12 – July 11, 2024.
  3. For the 6-month myPrio Platinum, consumers only need to pay Rp300,000, and for the 12-month myPrio Platinum, customers only need to pay Rp600,000 (price includes 11% VAT).
  4. Customers are required to pay for the bundling in full.
  5. Registration and activation of the postpaid service can be done by following the steps indicated in the accompanying brochure.
  6. This promotion is valid at vivo Official Stores and while stocks last.

E. vivo CARE (Warranty)

  1. 1 year of free screen protection service and an additional 1 year of extended official warranty service are only valid for purchases of vivo X100 and X100 Pro made during the period of June 12 – July 12, 2024.
  2. For X Fold3 Pro purchases, customers will receive 1 year of free screen protection service, valid for the purchase period with activation anytime.
  3. IMEI activation will affect the activation of the 1-year extended official warranty service. Activation will occur within 7x24 hours after the IMEI is activated.
  4. By participating in this program, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions and any changes made from time to time.
  5. The policy is only valid for the coverage area within Indonesia.
  6. The party authorized to report claims and entitled to claim payments is the insured person whose name is listed on the policy.
  7. Any costs incurred to obtain claim documents or proof are the responsibility of the insured. All terms and conditions related to the product will refer to the wording of the policy.

F. General Promotion

  1. Free Shipping (Free Delivery), Cashback, or Voucher promotions are valid according to the terms of each platform.
