Multi AI Software WV-ASA100UX, WV-ASA100WUX

Overview

The AI Software WV-ASA100UX and WV-ASA100WUX (hereinafter referred to as "this software") are surveillance system and business intelligence software that operate on Microsoft Windows. This unit, the computer where this software is installed, receives facial feature information, person and vehicle image and appearance feature information (hereinafter referred to as "attributes"), and count information of people and vehicles captured by our designated AI network cameras and AI camera applications, and stores them in a database. When registered facial features, person attributes, or vehicle attributes are determined to be registered, alarms can be notified. By operating from a compatible client terminal, it is possible to search for corresponding faces, people, and vehicles based on facial images, person, and vehicle attribute information. By visualizing age/gender, person/vehicle count information, and attribute statistical information via a web browser, it can also be utilized for business intelligence purposes.

This software includes a license for one network camera. To connect two or more network cameras, please purchase the separately sold WV-ASAE101WUX or WV-ASAE104WUX. (WV-ASAE101WUX is for one camera, WV-ASAE104WUX is for four cameras.)

To use this software with WV-ASM300UX or WV-ASM300WUX (hereinafter, "ASM300"), you must purchase the separately sold WV-ASE335WUX. (WV-ASE335WUX is a function expansion software for using this software with ASM300.)

Features

• By linking with AI network cameras and AI facial detection application WV-XAE204WUX (sold separately), AI person attribute recognition application WV-XAE205WUX (sold separately), AI vehicle attribute recognition application WV-XAE206WUX (sold separately), and the function expansion software WV-ASE335WUX (sold separately) for WV-ASM300, it reduces the time required to search for desired faces, people, and vehicles based on facial images and attribute information (age, gender, clothing color, etc.) of people, and attribute information (vehicle model, vehicle color) of vehicles.
• In addition to alarm notifications when registered faces, person attributes, or vehicle attributes are detected, it can receive and display alarms from AI motion detection application WV-XAE200WUX (sold separately), congestion detection alarms from AI motion detection/person count application (for omnidirectional cameras) WV-XAE300WUX (sold separately), congestion detection alarms from congestion detection application WV-XAE207WUX (sold separately), status change detection alarms from AI status change detection application WV-XAE400W (sold separately), and AI sound identification alarms from cameras, allowing for alarm display and search.
• By visualizing statistical information related to age/gender information (using WV-XAE204WUX), person attribute information (using WV-XAE205WUX), vehicle attribute information (using WV-XAE206WUX), in-area person count information (using WV-XAE207WUX), line-crossing count information and heatmap information of people/vehicles (using WV-XAE200WUX), and person count and heatmap information (using WV-XAE300WUX) via a web browser, it can also be utilized for business intelligence purposes.
• By performing image analysis processing using deep learning on the AI network camera side, the processing load on the entire system is distributed, allowing this software to run on general-purpose personal computers (hereinafter, "PC") instead of expensive servers. When using this software on the same PC as ASM300, up to 4 cameras can be connected. When using on a separate general-purpose PC, up to 300 cameras can be connected.

Face Matching/Face Search/Age/Gender Statistics may result in undetected or false detections, or incorrect matching in the following cases. False detections can be reduced by setting a mask area.

• Low video brightness, such as at night.
• Backlight in the video.
• Strong external light in the video.
• Subject moving too fast.
• Subject partially illuminated or shadowed, creating uneven lighting.
• Subject too small or too large.
• Subject partially obscured.
• Subject's face not facing the camera directly.
• Subject out of focus.
• Posters with dolls or people appearing in the video.
• Too many subjects.
• Multiple people crossing or crowded.
• Water droplets or dirt on the camera dome or lens.
• Camera shaking.
• Severe weather conditions.

Person Attribute Recognition may result in undetected or false detections, or incorrect attribute recognition in the following cases. False detections can be reduced by setting a mask area.

• Low video brightness, such as at night.
• Input video is black and white.
• White balance of the video is off.
• Backlight in the video.
• Strong external light in the video.
• Subject moving too fast.
• Subject partially illuminated or shadowed, creating uneven lighting.
• Subject too small or too large.
• Subject partially obscured.
• Subject is crouching, lying down, or fallen, not standing upright.
• Subject's arms or legs are bent significantly.
• Incorrect recognition may occur depending on the subject's accessories or how clothing is worn.
• Incorrect recognition may occur due to the subject's belongings.
• Subject's face not facing the camera directly.
• Subject out of focus.
• Posters with dolls or people appearing in the video.
• Too many subjects.
• Multiple people crossing or crowded.
• Water droplets or dirt on the camera dome or lens.
• Camera shaking.
• Severe weather conditions.

Person Similarity Search may result in undetected or false detections in the following cases.

• Subject out of focus.
• Overly bright images.
• Dark images.
• Part of the body obscured.
• Part of the body not visible.
• Black and white images.

Vehicle Attribute Recognition may result in undetected or false detections, or incorrect attribute recognition in the following cases. False detections can be reduced by setting a mask area.

• Low video brightness, such as at night.
• White balance of the video is off.
• Backlight in the video.
• Strong external light in the video.
• Subject moving too fast.
