Note:

Do not use scissors or other sharp tools to open the package to prevent scratching the product.
A special tool (see Fig. 1) is attached to the packaging for this purpose. Slightly lift the package and use the tool to slice it open to a certain extent. Then, gently tear the rest of the package by hand. Ensure the tool does not touch or scratch the product inside during this process.
This product is made of sponge material; After opening the packaging, allow 48 hours for the sponge to fully rebound.
