Affected Units Identification
To determine if your BlendJet 2 is affected, locate the serial number on the bottom of the unit.
Units with serial numbers where the first four digits fall between 5201 and 5542 may be affected. Please note that not all units within this serial number range are impacted.

Safety Hazard and Resolution
Hazard: Recalled BlendJet 2 blenders have the potential to overheat or catch fire. Additionally, the blender blade tips may break off, posing risks of fire or lacerations to users. Consumers with an affected blender should cease use immediately.
Solution: BlendJet, Inc. is providing a free replacement base for affected units.
