Lifetime Limited Warranty
Hunter Fan Company offers a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and other parts of the ceiling fan to the original user or consumer purchaser.
Warranty Coverage:
- Motor: Free replacement part for lifetime; refund of purchase price if no replacement part is available.
- Other Parts (excluding glass globes, light bulbs, electronic controls): Free repair or replacement for one year from the date of purchase. Labor costs after the first year are the owner's responsibility.
Exclusions:
- Defects, malfunctions, or failures caused by unauthorized repairs, unauthorized parts/accessories, mishandling, improper installation, modifications, or damage while in possession.
- Failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.
- Use outside the USA.
Limitations:
- Implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of the express warranty.
- No warranty is made for glass globes, light bulbs, or the finish on metal parts.
- Hunter Fan Company is not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Obtaining Service:
Contact the nearest Hunter authorized service center or the Hunter Fan Company Service Department. Proof of purchase (sales receipt or other document) is required.
Note: If the user ceases to own the fan, the warranty and any remaining implied warranties are voided.
