Assembly Instructions
Notice: Do not tighten the screws too tightly at the beginning of the assembly. After each hole position is matched well, with gently force to screw, if there is no problem, then tighten all the screws.
Step 1
Attach horizontal support bars (E) to the left metal post (B) and right metal post (C) using 4x M8x16mm bolts (2) and 4x M6 nuts (6). Ensure parts B and C are correctly oriented as shown in the diagram.
Diagram on page 4 shows connecting part E to B and C with hardware 2 and 6. A close-up view highlights the connection.
Step 2
Attach back support bars (D) to the metal posts (B, C) using 6x M8x40mm bolts (1) and 4x M6 nuts (6). Then, attach the horizontal support bar (G) to the metal posts (B, C) using 4x M8x16mm bolts (2) and 4x M6 nuts (6).
Diagram on page 4 shows attaching parts D and G to the main frame structure using specified hardware.
Step 3
Attach the headboard (A) to the frame. This step uses 18x M4x35mm bolts (5).
Diagram on page 5 shows attaching three headboard pieces (A) to the top of the frame using hardware 5.
Step 4
Attach horizontal metal tube (N) to the left metal post (H) and right metal post (I) using 4x M8x16mm bolts (2) and 4x M6 nuts (6).
Diagram on page 5 shows assembling the side frame components (H, I, N) using hardware 2 and 6.
Step 5
Connect the horizontal metal tube (J) to the assembled frame using 4x M8x16mm bolts (2), 2x M8x60mm bolts (3), and 4x M6 nuts (6).
Diagram on page 6 illustrates attaching part J to the main structure with hardware 2, 3, and 6.
Step 6
Attach vertical metal tubes (M) to the frame using 8x M8x16mm bolts (2) and 8x M6 nuts (6).
Diagram on page 6 shows the placement of vertical metal tubes (M) and their attachment with hardware 2 and 6.
Step 7
Attach side tubes (F) to the frame using 8x M8x16mm bolts (2) and 8x M6 nuts (6).
Diagram on page 7 shows the attachment of side tubes (F) to the bed frame using hardware 2 and 6.
Step 8
Assemble the metal slats. Attach 4x support legs (L) to the 4x metal slats (K) using 8x M6x35mm bolts (4).
Diagram on page 7 shows connecting support legs (L) to metal slats (K) with hardware 4.
Step 9
Place the assembled metal slats onto the bed frame and secure them using 8x M6x35mm bolts (4).
Diagram on page 8 shows the final placement of the slat system onto the bed frame and securing it with hardware 4.
Step 10
Installation Complete.
Diagram on page 8 indicates the completion of the assembly.
