Unit Installation

1. Place the 2 brackets on the left and right sides of the unit.

2. Use screws to fix the brackets to the unit.

3. Once the screws are attached, the brackets can be adjusted forward or backward depending on the installation requirements.

Tuner Operation

Operate the tuner using the following controls:

RBDS Setup Menu

Access via Settings > Tuner > RBDS > Set. Choose program types (news, sports, information, etc.).

Note: AF/TA/PTY functions require RBDS to be turned ON.

Media Playback

DISC/CD/USB/SD Playback

Access media via the main menu.

DVD Mode Operation

Note: Video playback requires the parking brake to be engaged.

CD Audio

CD Source Menu

Touch the SOURCE MENU icon to access the CD track menu for manual track selection. Touch again to return to playback.

USB/SD Music/Video/Picture

Press USB/SD in the main menu. The music menu is similar to the disc music menu but may display more ID3 information (song name, singer).

Bluetooth Operation

Click the phone icon to enter the Bluetooth function interface.

Unit will not power on Radio fuse blown
Car battery fuse blown
Install new fuse with the correct rating.
Install new fuse with the correct rating.
Screen touch is insensitive Place of touch screen is uncalibrated Press the RESET button.
Go to setup menu and set the calibration.
No audio output Improper audio output connection Check wiring and correct.
Low audio output VOLUME 0
Heavily biased volume balance
Turn up the volume.
Check and adjust the channel balance to the center position.
Poor sound quality or distortion Speaker power rating not compatible with unit
Speaker short circuit
Connect proper speakers.
Check wiring.
Weak station searching Auto antenna is not properly connected
LOCAL function is activated
Connect the auto antenna properly.
Turn LOCAL function OFF.
No image Incorrect connection to parking wire
Parking brake is not engaged
Check wiring and correct.
Stop vehicle in a safe place and set parking brake ON.
Flashing image or interference appears on screen Improper video signal connections Check wiring and correct.
Improper image, improper height/width setup Improper aspect ratio setup Use correct aspect ratio setting.
