User manual for the Vortex PG65 smartphone.
Getting Started

Step 1: Eject SIM Card Tray
Use the provided ejector tool to gently push into the small hole next to the SIM card tray on the side of the phone. The tray will pop out.

Step 2: Insert SIM Card
Place your SIM card into the designated slot on the SIM card tray, ensuring it is correctly oriented.

Step 3: Insert Micro SD Card
If you are using a Micro SD card, place it into the second slot on the SIM card tray, ensuring correct orientation.

Step 4: Reinsert SIM Card Tray
Carefully slide the SIM card tray back into the phone until it is flush with the side of the device.

Step 5: Charge the Device
Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the charging port on the bottom of the phone and plug the other end into a power adapter or USB port. The device will begin charging.

Front and Side View
The front features a 5MP front camera. The sides typically house the volume buttons, power button, and the SIM/Micro SD card tray.
Bottom View
The bottom usually contains the USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer, a microphone, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Back View
The back of the device includes the 5MP main rear camera and a flash lamp.

RF Exposure Information

The SAR limit of USA (FCC) is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. This device was tested for typical body-worn operations with the back of the device kept 10mm from the body. To maintain compliance with FCC RF exposure requirements, use accessories that maintain an appropriate separation distance between the user's body and the back of the device. The use of belt clips, holsters and similar accessories should not contain metallic components in its assembly. The use of accessories that do not satisfy these requirements may not comply with FCC RF exposure requirements and should be avoided. Use only the supplied or an approved antenna.
Body-Worn Operation: For body-worn operation, this device has been tested and meets the FCC/ISEDC RF exposure guidelines when used with a leather case. Users must use this leather case. Use of other leather cases may not ensure compliance with FCC/ISEDC RF exposure guidelines.
Hearing Aid Compatibility (HAC): The mobile phone is hearing aid-compatible. The lowest conversational gain is 18.75dB with a hearing aid and 18.12dB without a hearing aid. The conversational gain is compliant with the waiver (DA 23-914).
EU Restrictions: In all EU member states, operation of 5150-5250 MHz is restricted to indoor use only.
