Wiring Diagram

A wiring diagram illustrates the connections: The soundbar connects to a 12V Battery via a 59" Power Cord. The soundbar also has connections for a Bluetooth Antenna and an FM Radio Antenna. The power cord connects directly to the speaker.

Wiring Instructions

  1. Connect the power cord to the speaker.
  2. Connect the RED wire to the positive (+) terminal and the BLACK wire to the negative (-) terminal of a 12V battery.
  3. Ensure the antenna wires (BLACK and BLUE) are placed in an open area for optimal reception.
  4. Always connect to a correct power supply (DC 12V).

Mounting Instructions

The soundbar can be mounted using the provided clamps and ball joint bases.

  1. Use four Phillips screws to attach the ball stub base to each side of the stereo unit.
  2. Insert ring (A) into the base, then secure the ball seat (B) with the ball stub.
  3. Turn ring (A) counter-clockwise to tighten the ball joint. Do not over-tighten to allow for swiveling.
  4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other side of the stereo.
  5. Use the mounting clamps (+ and -) as a pair. Install the clamp onto the handlebar using two hex socket cap screws. Use the included black rubber insert around the bar; cutting may be necessary for specific bar sizes.
  6. Once the stereo is mounted on the handlebar, connect it to a 12V battery, following the wiring diagram.
  7. Ensure the BLACK and BLUE antenna wires are in an open area for better reception.
