Note: Entering the PIN incorrectly 5 consecutive times will result in a 3-minute lockout.

Opening Door from Outside (Card/Key Tag)

Touch the registered card or key tag to the card recognition area. The door will unlock after a brief moment.

Opening Door from Inside

Push the interior handle to open the door.

Changing PIN

Open the battery cover. Press the [REG.] button. Enter the new PIN (4-12 digits) and press the [*] button. A confirmation beep will sound upon success. Only one PIN can be registered. It is recommended to use a PIN of 6 digits or more and change it periodically.

Registering Cards/Key Tags

Open the battery cover. Press the [REG.] button. Touch the card/key tag to the recognition area. Repeat for all cards/key tags within 20 seconds. Press the [REG.] button on the interior unit to finish. Note that all existing registrations are erased when starting this process. A maximum of 20 cards/key tags can be registered. Only Zigbang-provided key tags are supported.

Resetting All Settings

Open the battery cover. Press and hold the [REG.] button for 3 seconds. Enter '4560852580' on the keypad and press [*]. A confirmation beep will sound upon success. After reset, the PIN defaults to '1234', and all cards/key tags/remote controls need re-registration.

Door Lock Status Check

Briefly press the 'Ansimi' button on the interior unit. A red LED indicates the door is locked; a blue LED indicates it is unlocked.

Advanced Functions

Dual Security Mode

Enhances security by requiring two specific numbers to be illuminated and pressed before PIN entry. This mode helps prevent PIN exposure. To set: Open battery cover, press [REG.]. Press [7] then [] to set; press [9] then [] to unset.

Auto/Manual Lock Setting

Allows setting the door to lock automatically 1 second after closing (Auto) or requiring manual locking via the 'Ansimi' button or keypad (Manual). To set: Open battery cover, move the Auto/Manual switch to 'A' (Auto) or 'M' (Manual).

Door Closing Time Setting

Adjusts the delay before the deadbolt engages after the door is closed, useful for doors that close slowly to prevent jamming. To set: Open battery cover, press [REG.]. Press [51] to [59] for 1 to 9 seconds delay, then press [].

Intrusion Detection

Generates an alarm and temporarily disables the lock if the door is forced open from the outside. The alarm sounds for 5 minutes, and the exterior indicator flashes.

Fire Detection

Detects high temperatures (around 70°C ± 10°C) and triggers an alarm, flashing the red LED on the 'Ansimi' button. The door automatically unlocks after the alarm stops.

Emergency Battery Use

If batteries are depleted, a 9V battery (sold separately) can be connected to the external power contact point to temporarily power the lock for entry. Connect the 9V battery to the exterior contact point, then use PIN or card/key tag.

Battery Replacement

When the battery replacement alert melody sounds ('Für Elise'), replace all batteries immediately with new ones. Using the lock with low batteries can prevent normal operation. Check batteries periodically (e.g., every 6 months) for leakage.

Manner Mode

Press the [*] button before entering the PIN to temporarily mute keypress sounds and door opening sounds.

Welcome Function

The keypad automatically activates and enters standby mode when a user approaches the door, without needing to touch the keypad first. To set: Open battery cover, press [REG.]. Press [1]+[] to set Welcome & 1-min alarm, [2]+[] to set Welcome & disable alarm (default), [3]+[] to unset Welcome.

Home Safety Function

Prevents the door from being unlocked from the outside when activated from the inside. This is a security feature for when residents are home. To set: Press and hold the 'Ansimi' button for 3 seconds from the inside when locked. To unset: Push the interior handle to open the door.

Anti-Burglar Function

Activates an alarm if the door is operated from the inside while in 'outbound security' mode. The exterior indicator flashes, and an alarm sounds for 5 minutes. To set: After locking, press the [ ] button on the keypad within 3 seconds.

External Forced Unlock Prevention

A mechanical lock that prevents forced opening from the outside by securing the handle. This feature should only be used when no one is inside, as it can make it difficult for the elderly to open the door. To set: After setting the Anti-burglar function, press the [] button within 3 seconds. To unset: Press the 'Ansimi' button inside to release the mechanical lock, then push the handle.

Volume Control

Adjusts the sound level for key presses and door operations. Options range from mute (excluding alarms) to loud. To set: Open battery cover, set the volume switch to [0] (mute), [1] (low), or [2] (high), then close the cover.
