Auto/Manual Lock Setting
Allows setting the door to lock automatically 1 second after closing (Auto) or requiring manual locking via the 'Ansimi' button or keypad (Manual). To set: Open battery cover, move the Auto/Manual switch to 'A' (Auto) or 'M' (Manual).

Intrusion Detection
Generates an alarm and temporarily disables the lock if the door is forced open from the outside. The alarm sounds for 5 minutes, and the exterior indicator flashes.
Fire Detection

Emergency Battery Use
If batteries are depleted, a 9V battery (sold separately) can be connected to the external power contact point to temporarily power the lock for entry. Connect the 9V battery to the exterior contact point, then use PIN or card/key tag.

When the battery replacement alert melody sounds ('Für Elise'), replace all batteries immediately with new ones. Using the lock with low batteries can prevent normal operation. Check batteries periodically (e.g., every 6 months) for leakage.
Manner Mode
Press the [*] button before entering the PIN to temporarily mute keypress sounds and door opening sounds.
Welcome Function
The keypad automatically activates and enters standby mode when a user approaches the door, without needing to touch the keypad first. To set: Open battery cover, press [REG.]. Press [1]+[] to set Welcome & 1-min alarm, [2]+[] to set Welcome & disable alarm (default), [3]+[] to unset Welcome.

External Forced Unlock Prevention
A mechanical lock that prevents forced opening from the outside by securing the handle. This feature should only be used when no one is inside, as it can make it difficult for the elderly to open the door.
