WEAR AND CARE
To ensure comfort and longevity, follow these guidelines for wearing and caring for your iTOUCH Wearable device:
- Clean Regularly: Clean your band and wrist daily, especially after workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with rubbing alcohol. Avoid using hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes, or household cleaners, as residues can irritate the skin. Always pat the band dry before re-wearing.
- Proper Fit: Wear your band loosely enough to allow movement on your wrist. Prolonged rubbing or pressure can cause skin irritation. Remove the band for an hour or two after extended wear to give your wrist a break.
Note: While the iTOUCH AIR 2S is waterproof up to 30 feet, wearing a wet band for extended periods is not recommended for skin health.
IMPORTANT TIPS:
- Individuals with allergies, asthma, or eczema may be more susceptible to skin irritation or allergies from wearable devices. If skin irritation or redness occurs, remove the device. Consult a dermatologist if symptoms persist for more than 2-3 days after discontinuing use.
UPDATE, RESTART, AND ERASE
If you encounter issues with syncing, connected GPS, or stat tracking, you can restart your tracker from the wrist or the app.
- Restart: From the smartwatch, navigate to Settings and tap 'Shutdown'.
- Reset: If restarting does not resolve the issue, tap 'Reset' in the Settings menu.
