Installation Guide

1. Unpack the TV and accessories.
2. Two people should lift the TV onto a stable surface.
3. Place the TV on a soft, protected surface.
4. Attach the stand or wall mount securely.

Remote Control Overview

Power: Turns the TV on/off.

Audio Track: Selects different audio tracks.

Number Buttons: Direct access to channels.

INFO: Displays information about the current program.

TTX: Accesses Teletext mode.

Input: Switches between different video sources.

Settings: Opens the main on-screen menu.

CH List: Shows the channel list or switches to live TV.

Netflix: Direct access to the Netflix app.

Prime Video: Direct access to the Prime Video app.

OK: Confirms selections and controls playback.

Direction Buttons: Navigates menus and controls playback (rewind/fast-forward).

Back: Returns to the previous channel, menu, or app.

PatchWall Home: Returns to the PatchWall home screen.

Android TV Home: Returns to the Android TV home screen. Long press opens the app drawer.

Exit: Closes menus.

Volume: Adjusts volume. Long press Volume '-' mutes.

Channel: Changes channels.

Mute: Toggles audio mute.

Color Buttons: Selects specific options.

Note: The Google Assistant feature may not be available in all languages and countries.

Important Precautions

Installation

• Install near an easily accessible AC power outlet.
• Place on a flat, stable surface to prevent falls.
• Use authorized wall mounts and correct screws.

Moving

• Disconnect all cables before moving.
• Requires at least two people for safe moving.
• Avoid pressure on the LED panel and excessive vibration.
• Use original packaging for transport.

Ventilation

• Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects.
• Maintain space around the TV for airflow.
• Avoid mounting flat, upside-down, or backwards.
• Do not place on shelves, carpets, beds, or in closets.
• Do not cover with fabric or other materials.

AC Power Cord

• Ensure the plug is fully inserted into the outlet.
• Use with a 100-240V AC power supply.
• Unplug before connecting/disconnecting cables or moving.
• Keep away from heat sources.
• Periodically clean the plug to prevent fire risk from dust and moisture.
• Avoid damaging the power cord (pinching, bending, etc.).
• Do not place heavy objects on the cord.
• Pull the plug, not the cord, to disconnect.
• Avoid overloading the same outlet.

Children

• Prevent children from climbing on the TV.
• Keep small objects away from children to prevent swallowing.

Optional Items

Keep devices emitting electromagnetic radiation away from the TV to prevent image distortion.

In Case of Problems

• If the AC power cord is damaged, not suitable, or the TV is damaged, unplug immediately.
• If liquid or solid objects fall into the TV, unplug immediately.

Usage Restrictions

Do not install or use in environments that are:

• Outdoors, near the sea, in vehicles, medical institutions, unstable locations, or near water.
• Hot, damp, dusty, or exposed to insects, mechanical shock, or flammable objects.
• Exposed to dripping or splashing water; do not place liquid containers on the TV.
• In damp or dusty places, or rooms with steam/fumes.
• Near stoves or humidifiers.
• During lightning storms.

Screen and Case

• The screen and case may become hot during operation; this is normal.
• Do not throw objects at the TV screen; this can cause injury.
• If the screen is damaged, do not touch before unplugging the AC power cord.

Cleaning

• Unplug the AC power cord before cleaning.
• Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dust, use a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent.
• Do not spray water or detergent directly onto the TV.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, thinners, or insecticides.
• Clean vents regularly for proper ventilation.
• Move the TV slowly when adjusting the angle.

Eye Care

Watch TV in appropriate lighting conditions. Avoid prolonged viewing in dim light to protect eyesight.
