Getting Started: Unpacking and Setup

Remote Control Guide
Familiarize yourself with the remote control buttons:

- OK: Confirms current selections during navigation. Can pause/play video content (except live channels).
- Direction Buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right): Navigate through menus and content. During playback, use Left/Right for rewind/fast-forward.
- Back: Returns to the previous channel, closes menus/applications, or goes back to the previous screen.
- PatchWall Home: Short press returns to the PatchWall Home screen.
- Android TV Home: Short press returns to the Android TV Home screen. Long press opens the app drawer.
- Exit: Quits the current menu or application.
- Volume: Adjusts the volume level. Long pressing the Volume "-" button mutes the audio immediately.
- Channel: Moves up or down to select the next or previous channel when in Live TV mode.
- Mute: Short press mutes or un-mutes the audio.
- Color Buttons (Red, Green, Yellow, Blue): Select specific options or functions as indicated on screen.
To use Google Assistant, press and hold the Assistant button while pointing the remote at the center of your TV.
The remote requires 2 x AAA batteries.

Installation
- Install the TV near an easily accessible AC power outlet.
- Place the TV on a smooth, flat surface to prevent falls and damage.
- If using a wall mount, use an authorized mount and ensure correct screw size and length to avoid TV damage or falling.
Moving
- Disconnect all cables before moving the TV.
- For large TVs, at least two people are required for safe movement.
- Avoid applying pressure to the LED panel or subjecting the TV to excessive shaking or vibrations.
- When relocating or for repairs, use the original box and packaging materials.
Ventilation
- Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the TV case.
- Ensure adequate space around the TV for proper airflow.
Wall Mounting Considerations
- Do not mount the TV flat, upside-down, backwards, or sideways.

- Avoid pinching, bending, modifying, or twisting the power cord excessively, as this can expose or break wires.
- Do not place heavy objects on the power cord.
- Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the plug.
- Avoid connecting too many devices to the same AC outlet.
- Use only suitable AC power outlets.

- Prevent children from climbing on the TV.
- Keep small accessories out of children's reach to prevent accidental ingestion.

- Keep devices emitting electromagnetic radiation away from the TV to prevent image distortion or noise.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
- If the AC power cord is damaged, the AC power outlet is unsuitable, or the TV has been dropped/impacted, cease use and consult service.
- If any liquid or solid object enters the TV case through an outlet, turn off the TV immediately and unplug the AC power cord.
Usage Restrictions
Avoid installing or using the TV in the following environments to prevent malfunction, fire, electric shock, or injury:
- Places: Outdoors, near the sea, on ships, in cars, medical institutions, unstable locations, near water, exposed to rain, moisture, or mildew. Avoid sulfide-rich air (e.g., public bath dressing rooms).
- Environments: Hot, damp, dusty places; areas prone to insects; locations exposed to mechanical shock; near flammable objects (e.g., candles). Avoid exposure to dripping/splashing water, placing liquid-filled items on the TV, or using in steamy/fume-filled rooms (near stoves, humidifiers). Do not boil water, heat food, or use mosquito coils near the TV.
- Conditions: Do not use with wet hands, when the case is open, or with unauthorized accessories. Disconnect during lightning storms. Do not install outdoors.
Screen Damage
- Do not throw objects at the TV screen, as impact can cause breakage and serious injury.
- If the screen surface is damaged, do not touch the TV before unplugging the AC power cord to avoid electric shock.

General Precautions
- Watch TV in appropriate lighting conditions to protect eyesight.
