Installation Guide for Item 4815550
WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, please read these instructions carefully and save them for future reference. It is recommended that installation be performed by a licensed electrician.
Before starting any work, ensure electricity is shut off at the main fuse or circuit breaker box and the wall switch is in the "OFF" position.
The mounting surface must be clean, dry, flat, and at least 1/4” larger than the canopy on all sides. Any gaps exceeding 3/16" should be corrected. Ensure the ceiling or wall can support the weight of the lamp. Use only with 120V voltage. The maximum wattage per bulb is Type B, 40W. Keep the lamp away from acidic and alkaline substances. When replacing bulbs, turn off or unplug the lamp and wait for it to cool down.

Assembly & Installation Instructions:
- Carefully remove the fixture from the carton and check that all parts and accessories are included.
- Unscrew knob nuts (G) from the mounting plate (C) and set them aside.
- Screw tube (H) onto canopy (E) as shown in the illustration.
- Turn off power before starting installation. Go to the main fuse or circuit breaker box and place the main power switch in the "OFF" position. Place the wall switch in the "OFF" position.
- Pass the supply wires through the mounting plate (C). Secure the mounting plate (C) to the outlet box with mounting screws (B), ensuring the side marked "GND" faces out.
- Make wire connections: Connect wires as shown in the diagram. The ground wire is bare copper. Never connect other wires to ground wires.
- Ground Wires: Connect the ground wires from the outlet box and fixture to the green ground screw.
- Supply Wires: Connect the Black or Red Supply Wire to the Black wire. Connect the White Supply Wire to the White wire. For parallel cords, the neutral wire is square or ridged, and the other wire is round or smooth.
- Twist wires together with plastic wire connectors until tightly joined. Wrap each connector with electrical tape. Ensure no wire strands are exposed and tuck all wires carefully into the outlet box.
- Raise canopy (E) over the outlet box, aligning it with the pre-assembled mounting screws. Secure the canopy (E) with the previously removed knob nuts (G) until snug. If the canopy is not snug, adjust the threaded length on the mounting plate assembly (C) by unscrewing and tightening the pre-assembled hex nuts and screws.
- Install bulbs (not included), ensuring not to exceed the maximum wattage recommended on the socket.
- Carefully pass the tube (H) through the glass shade (I), plastic washer (J), and iron washer (K). Tighten hex nut (L) onto tube (H) to secure the glass shade (I).
- Carefully pass the tube (H) through the flat cover (M). Tighten flat nut (N) onto tube (H) to secure the flat cover (M). If the glass shade (I) is not snug against the canopy (E) and flat cover (M), adjust the threaded length in tube (H) by removing the glass shade, washers, and hex nut, then screwing the threaded pipe in or out of tube (H) and re-tightening the hex nut.
- Check that everything is installed properly and turn on the light.
