2. Connecting a TV
Choose one of the following connection options:
Option 1 (Preferred): HDMI ARC
Connect the HDMI cable to your TV's HDMI ARC jack and the soundbar's HDMI ARC jack. This option enables TV remote control for power on/off and volume adjustment.
Note: This connection is only available if your TV has an HDMI port labeled "ARC".
Option 2: OPTICAL
Connect the optical cable to your TV's OPTICAL OUT jack and the soundbar's OPTICAL IN jack. This is used if your TV does not have an ARC-labeled HDMI port.
Option 3: AUX
Connect the 3.5mm to RCA audio cable to your TV's AUDIO OUT jack and the soundbar's AUX IN jack. This is used if your TV has no ARC-labeled HDMI ports.
Note: If you hear audio from the TV's internal speaker, ensure the TV speakers are turned off or set to minimum volume.
Note: Some TV models have an AUDIO IN jack only, which cannot deliver an audio signal to the soundbar.
3. Power Your System
Connect the AC power cord to the soundbar and plug it into a power outlet.
4. Choose Input Mode
Select the appropriate input mode on the soundbar using the remote control (TV ARC, OPT, AUX, BT) to match your TV connection method. The corresponding LED indicator on the soundbar should light up.
Note: The input mode on the soundbar must match the output mode of the connected external device.
5. Change Audio Settings on Your TV

Note: If your TV's audio output power is already high, enabling this function may cause distortion, crackling, static, noise, or trigger power protection. If this occurs, disable the function.
How to enable the "VOLUME BEEF UP" function:
Long press the MUTE button (marked with an 'X' symbol) on the soundbar remote control for 3-5 seconds.
The soundbar will enter the enable/disable surface for this function.

9. Firmware Update
PHEANOO occasionally releases firmware updates to improve soundbar performance. You can download and install these updates using a USB drive.
Update Process:
Download Firmware: Go to www.pheanoo.com/firmware.html to download the latest firmware version.
Prepare USB Drive: Use a USB 2.0 drive with a maximum size of 32GB. Format the USB drive to FAT16 or FAT32. Extract the downloaded firmware file (e.g., "P15 FIRMWARE.zip") and place the "ota.bin" file directly onto the USB drive. Ensure no other files or folders are on the drive. A 2GB flash drive is recommended.
Install Firmware: Turn on the soundbar using the remote control. Insert the USB drive into the USB (SERVICE) slot on the back of the soundbar. The indicator light on the soundbar will flash white during installation.
Completion: Once the firmware is installed, the light will stop flashing and turn solid red. It is now safe to remove the USB drive.
IMPORTANT:
Only USB drives with the specified specs (USB 2.0, Max 32GB) will work.
Do not remove the USB drive or turn off the soundbar during the upgrade process.
If the soundbar system does not function correctly after the firmware upgrade, contact support@pheanoo.com.

Press the Bluetooth button on the soundbar or remote until the Bluetooth LED blinks blue.
On your device, go to Bluetooth settings and ensure Bluetooth is turned ON.

11. Troubleshooting
Issue: No sound from SoundBar speakers
Ensure the soundbar is powered on.

If using HDMI ARC, confirm that Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) is enabled in your TV's system menu (refer to your TV's manual for specific naming).
Select the correct audio input source on the remote control.
Ensure the TV's audio output format is set to PCM.
Issue: Distorted sound or echo
If playing audio from the TV through the soundbar, ensure the TV's internal speakers are muted.
Issue: A device cannot connect with the SoundBar via Bluetooth
Make sure the Bluetooth function is enabled on your device.
