Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your speaker, try the following solutions:

No Sound

• Ensure the speaker is powered on and the volume is turned up on both the speaker and the connected device.
• Verify that the speaker is successfully connected to your Bluetooth device.
• Check the battery level; charge the speaker if necessary.

Low Volume

• Increase the volume level on both the Sylvania speaker and the connected audio source (e.g., smartphone, tablet).

Distorted Sound

• Lower the volume on the speaker and the connected device.

Cannot Connect to Bluetooth Device
