- 1. DC 5V: Micro USB charging port. Connect the Micro USB cable here and the other end to a power source (DC 5V).

- 3. USB slot: For reading MP3 files in FAT32 format with a maximum size of 32GB.
- 4. TF slot: For reading MP3 files in FAT32 format with a maximum size of 32GB.
- 5. Play/Pause: Short press to play and pause music in USB/TF/Bluetooth modes.
- 6. M: Press to change modes (USB/TF, Bluetooth, FM, Aux-in). Press and hold to switch the light on and off.
- 7. PREV: In USB/TF/Bluetooth/FM mode, short press to move to the previous FM channel or track. Long press to decrease the volume.
- 8. NEXT: In USB/TF/Bluetooth/FM mode, short press to move to the next FM channel or track. Long press to increase the volume.
- 9. MIC-IN: Microphone input port for connecting a microphone.
Instruction for Use
Charging the Speaker
This unit features a built-in rechargeable battery. Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB charging cable to the USB port or a USB wall charger (not included) and the other end to the speaker's USB charging slot. The battery charging LED indicator illuminates while the speaker is charging and turns off when the battery is fully charged.
Pairing Your Device with the Bluetooth Speaker
To pair your Bluetooth device (phone or music device):
- Turn the speaker ON. The Bluetooth mode will activate automatically, and you will hear a tone.
- Place the speaker and your Bluetooth device so they are no further than 20 feet (6 meters) apart.
- Activate the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth device. Please refer to your device's manufacturer's instructions for enabling Bluetooth.
- Once Bluetooth is activated on your device, select the pairing name "Sylvania SP962" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- If required, enter the password "0000" to confirm pairing.
- Upon successful pairing, you will hear a voice indicating pairing successful. You can now start using the speaker.
Once paired, the speaker will remember the device and will automatically pair when the device's Bluetooth is activated and within range. You do not need to re-pair previously connected devices. The speaker will attempt to automatically connect to the last device it was paired with when Bluetooth mode turns on. If you wish to pair it with a new device, turn off the Bluetooth on your last connected device, then use your new device to search and select the pairing name.
Once the speaker is paired with your device, music will transmit directly to the speaker. Please refer to your device's user manual for further information.
Function Summary
Listening to Music
Once paired with your device, you can stream music wirelessly through the portable speaker. Select your desired track, and it will stream to your Bluetooth speaker. You can use your device to control the volume and skip tracks.
USB/TF Card Playback
After turning the speaker on, insert a USB or TF card into the respective slot. Music will start playing automatically, and Bluetooth mode will be disconnected.
Using AUX-in
After turning the speaker on, press the 'M' button to switch to Aux mode. Connect one end of the 3.5mm audio cable to the AUX-in jack and the other end to your MP3 player, smartphone, or iPhone to play music.
FM Radio
Press the 'M' button to change to FM radio status. Press the 'PREV' or 'NEXT' buttons to scan for channels automatically. This operation scans all FM stations and pre-records them to memory. The scan procedure may take several minutes to complete and should not be interrupted. Once complete, short press the 'PREV' or 'NEXT' buttons to switch to the previous or next recorded frequency.
Karaoke Function
Insert a microphone into the speaker's MIC-IN port. Note: This function is not available in FM mode.

Cleaning & Maintenance
Turn OFF the speaker if it is left unattended and before cleaning. Never immerse the speaker in water. Use a dry cloth for cleaning.
Storage
Turn OFF the power when not in use. Clean and store the unit safely.

90 Day Year Warranty
This product is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. During this period, your exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of this product or component found to be defective, at our option. However, you are responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to us. If the product or component is no longer available, we will replace it with a similar one of equal or greater value. Prior to a replacement being sent, the product must be rendered inoperable or returned to us.
This warranty does not cover glass, filters, wear from normal use, use not in conformity with the printed directions, or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration, abuse, or misuse. This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser or gift recipient. Keep the original sales receipt as proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim. This warranty is void if the product is used for other than single-family household use or subjected to any voltage and waveform other than as specified on the rating label (e.g., 120V~60Hz).
