Assembly Instructions

Step 1: Attaching Front and Rear Panels
Attach the front and rear panels to the base. Ensure the base is fitted with the shiny side up. Secure these panels using four (4) 'Pi Clips' (F2). Note: Only insert four 'Pi Clips' at this stage.

Step 2: Attaching Side Panels
Attach the lower and upper right side panels. Secure these panels using thirteen (13) 'Pi Clips' (F2) on both sides.

Step 3: Attaching Nest Box Wall
Attach the nest box wall. Secure the nest box panel using seventeen (17) 'Pi Clips' (F2) on both sides.

Step 4: Attaching Roof Supports
Attach the roof supports. Ensure the textured side faces towards the nesting area. Secure the roof support using two (2) 'Pi Clips' (F2).

Step 5: Attaching Access Door Locks
Insert the access door locks. Rotate all access door locks to a 90-degree position.

Step 6: Attaching the Access Door
Attach the access door. Secure the door using two (2) 'Lynch Pins' (F1).

Step 7: Securing Access Door Handles
Secure the access door handles using four (4) 'Pi Clips' (F2).

Step 8: Assembling the Nest Box
Assemble the nest box. Secure the nest box parts using fourteen (14) 'Pi Clips' (F2). Ensure the base is fitted with the shiny side up.

Step 9: Attaching the Nest Box
Attach the nest box. Secure the nest box assembly using five (5) 'Lynch Pins' (F1).

Step 10: Attaching Nest Box Roof Braces
Attach the nest box roof braces. Secure these braces using seven (7) 'Pi Clips' (F2).

Step 11: Attaching the Rain Guard
Attach the rain guard (17) to the top of the nest box. Ensure the shiny side faces outwards.

Step 12: Attaching Nest Box Rain Guard Twist Locks
Attach the nest box rain guard twist locks (38). Insert the end of the twist lock into the nest box wall slot. Rotate all twist locks into a vertical position. Apply slight pressure on the rain guard during insertion to aid installation.

Step 13: Attaching the Nest Box Roof
Attach the nest box roof. Secure the nest box roof using two (2) 'Lynch Pins' (F1).

Step 14: Attaching Roof Retainers
Attach the roof retainers. Secure the roof retainers using eight (8) 'Pi Clips' (F2).

Step 15: Attaching Front Vent Cover
Attach the front vent cover. Use four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), two (2) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), and two (2) 'M6 16mm Countersunk Screws' (F14).

Step 16: Attaching Rear Vent Cover
Attach the rear vent cover. Use four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), two (2) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), and two (2) 'M6 16mm Countersunk Screws' (F14).

Step 17: Attaching Front Perch Holders
Attach the front perch holders. Use four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), four (4) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), and two (2) 'M6 16mm Countersunk Screws' (F14).

Step 18: Attaching Rear Perch Holders
Attach the rear perch holders. Use four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), four (4) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), and two (2) 'M6 16mm Countersunk Screws' (F14).

Step 19: Attaching Door Handle
Attach the door handle. Use two (2) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), two (2) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), and two (2) 'M4 12mm Screws' (F25).

Step 20: Attaching the Door
Attach the door. Use four (4) 'M6 16mm Countersunk Screws' (F14), four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), four (4) 'M6 Nylock Nuts' (F11), two (2) 'M6 30mm Screws' (F7), and two (2) 'R Clips' (F5).

Step 21: Attaching Lower Door Retainers
Attach the lower door retainers. Use four (4) 'M6 30mm Screws' (F7) and four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9).

Step 22: Attaching Upper Door Retainers and Handwheel Lock Bolt
Attach the upper door retainers and the handwheel lock bolt. Use four (4) 'M6 30mm Screws' (F7), four (4) 'M6 Small Washers' (F9), and one (1) 'Handwheel Lock Bolt' (F27).

Step 23: Insert Perches
Insert the perches (37).

Step 24: Attaching the Roof
Attach the roof. Secure the roof using eight (8) 'Lynch Pins' (F1).

Step 25: Assembling the Ladder
Assemble the ladder. Secure the ramp parts using eight (8) 'Pi Clips' (F2).

Step 26: Attaching the Ladder
Attach the ladder. Use two (2) 'Clevis Pins' (F4) and two (2) 'R Clips' (F5).
